Hi i've been looking over the possibility of getting a hair piece, but theres something thats been bugging me.

Has anyone ever asked why the sides and back of your hair grows but not the top? do you have to get a haircut like every two days or what?

also for the guys wearing the full caps, does anyone ever ask why your hair never grows at all and always seems to stay the same length? this seems like it would be a dead giveaway.

people are not occupied with the growth of our hair- they are too busy with their own lives
you will notice when the side and back hair is long-ish, about every 3-4 weeks for me and I deal with this but using a clipper cutter before re-attaching.

And also changing styles from time to time, In my opinion keeping the same style and length for years and years is a certain way for people to notice.

I think the longer your piece hair is, the less noticeable your side growth will be. I don't feel uncomfortable at all when my real hair starts growin' a little, because my head simply looks like it has more hair in general. It would seem to me that shorter, more "precise" styles would probably need to be maintained more frequently. Also, keep in mind that the average person's hair only grows 1/2 inch per month, so if you buzz yourself down every few weeks you'll probably be safe.
