Is any of you wearers from Texas area. I got my piece several months ago but never have gotten the nerve to wear it. I do try it on but usually take it off if I leave the house. My problem is I cannot get an invisible hairline. You can clearly see the base. It is an all French Lace piece. If anyone can help..I'd appreciate it. I use ST30 and started using basebond.
Also, another quick question. How do you get the shinyness off of the ST30 tape?

I've read that stretching it as you're applying dulls it a little, and tapping it with your finger dulls it more. I think it was BA that posted a pic of a particular powdered makeup product that you could tap into it to reduce shine. Seems like that would be very effective - a little flesh/scalp colored powder at the hairline right in the glue....maybe I'll go to a bartell's a couple counties away wearing dark sunglasses and a hat and trenchcoat and surf the maybelline isle...
