John & BA Are Rockstars

You guys are F'ing Rockstars. There was a slight mixup with my order since two of us who ordered at around the same time had very similar names and my systems didn't show up exactly to my specs, but I figured they were close enough and I could make them work with a little tweaking. I'm not the bellyaching complainer type - I make the best of situations in all aspects of my life.

Yesterday in my mailbox showed up two new systems, and they seem to be exactly to the specs I wanted. The kicker is that I never asked you guys to remake the systems.

Wow, talk about customer service! To the rest of you - don't ever believe anyone that says John & BA aren't stand up guys.

JD

We do this a lot of times mate but of course most want to just come on here if there is something wrong and go off on one. It certainly helps a lot, To work with people who will work with us because we WILL get it sorted for them if there is a problem.

Regards BA.

BA did s/t similar for me, too. Onetime a wig was not to spec and he replaced it w/two. Another time I ordered a bunch of wigs, but did not open one until well after his published 30 day return time and he still replaced it at no charge.

BTW, he also does not nickel and dime people on 'shipping charges' or 'federal taxes' as do many companies these days. For those of us who ship items via U.S. mail across the country we know what a reasonable price for shipping small items is, and it is not the often eight to ten bucks that some outfits charge. He has prices, guarantees and honors them. This used t/b called good business. Sad, that in today's corporate nitwit world it is the exception. 'Goodwill' is listed on balance sheets for a reason. BA/John understand this.

that's really cool to hear.
It's the model we use at my business ...
Sad to say, it's not the norm in today's
society ..

If one of our clients aren't satisfied ..
and we do give them 1000 percent as far as
service .......

We'll give you the
service you paid for and your money back
with a smile ...

But .. as we're all aware of ... that's
rare in today's business ...

We just got a fan in the office .. it
says .. 'Made in Tawain' - Life time
Guarantee ... but there's no address
anywhere in the box or on the packaging
outside of the Made in Tawain ...

I guess to collect the guarantee .. you
just have to walk the streets of tawain
with your broken fan screaming ....
"Anyone know who made this thing ! "

The testimonial above says more than
any advertising campaign can do ...

Good to be working with you guys ...
