got my second tl on saturday, nice bleached knots from the factory, except it bled through the rest of the hair making it nice and (orange) at the root's, the hair line (cc) curve,is low enough to make me look like the neanderthal,guy's on the geico commercials.,the poly perimiter is thick and has a cloudy apppearence very noticable, not like the first tl 250 french lace and polyprimiter i bought from tl,i wanted 5 % grey through out the piece, sparse gray maybe 2 % at the most. i know i cant send it back, ,i trimed the bare lace at the hair line, and yes i left about an 1/8 of lace, but that's it, no cutting of the piece. i am very very , dissapointed,
im not ranting, i am asking for the proper instruction's how to return this hair piece for a refund, guyclark1958@comcast.net. for some reason i can't e mail you,it just wont go through, and as i stated on the post , i have trimmed the extra lace at the hair line (if you can call it one) off. but none of the hair has been touched. ref#1458 , regards guyc

I will always help anyone and everyone, But I aint going to help someone coming on here and trying to mug Toplace off, They obviously dont appreciate the 100% commitment to help from me, So best they just run along.
Return instructions are posted on the website under FAQ. How about a call to me on the toll free number? For the record I checked your file and you made several changes from your first order including changing the front curvature, reducing the gray percentage by 5%, increasing the density by 10%, and increasing the hair length by an inch. We'll sort this out. I'll be waiting for your call.

You know.... not all hairpieces are perfect. Sometimes things (mistakes) can and do happen. But instead of whining and complaining openly on the forum, most sensible people would e-mail BA or John privately and get things sorted out. And if for some reason like you say that your e-mail can't get through to BA, then I'd post something like, "BA, can you please e-mail me". Then you can "get it sorted". Yes it's disappointing when things go wrong but BA will always come through with a fix. FACT!
Too bad really. Good luck getting the kind of service that Toplace offers somewhere else.

I just cut in a new Toplace unit that was new but a few years old.The unit was to
thick and I kept it for a backup.Well I used some tricks that BA told us about a
few years back with a triple razor and the unit is A1 100% perfect now!Yes.I have
sent a unit back one time that was to small,Toplace had a new unit made at no charge
and sent it express.Toplace had no stock units at the time.
He obviously had an orgasm with his first toplace piece.. He sounded like he made love to the system before he put it on his head.. and now his new gf came in a little too hairy, with a little too much grey.. So hes heartbroken. haha.
Jesus how bad could this piece be to go from in love to like alienating BA and leaving toplace?
Maybe Toplace should start the 3-for-2 price deal again. I have like a zillion spares because I couldn't turn down a deal like that, and now I'd never freak out if a unit came back wrong, since I'll always order additional units at least six months in advance of when I might conceivably possibly need them.
