| i notice that on one side of my tape contour there is one backing to take off and on the other there is two small bits of tape to take off.
so my question is should i take of the long bit of tape first and attach this side to my head and the other side to lace or vice versa? does it even matter which side is attched to what?? thanks for any help |

On some tapes, it will say on the tape. (the new walker no shine tape and duo tac tape tells you which side to place on the skin). but most other tapes do not say, for the tapes that do not say, either way is fine.

I just want to add, sometimes the tapes do not say, but are intended for a certain side. And there is no right rule. some want you to put the split backing on ur scalp. while others want the split backing on the lace. Best way is to sacrafice a piece of tape, Cut it in half, and put both sides on your hand and look at it under the light. |
