Question about glue and tapes!!!

Hi everyone, I´m about to receive my first TopLace hairpiece, and now I need some information about the tapes and glues. The website says there are not any studies on the safety of prolonged use of adhesives on the skin, and if I use them, it would be at my own risk.

Can anybody help me? In your opinion, Which is the best choice: Ultra Hold, Base Bond, I-Glue, Tite Grip???

Thanks for the help.

White glues are probably safer than solvent based glues if you are worried about that.

With regard to what glues work the best, that depends on your personal body chemistry and the answer is different for everyone. You need to experiment, so you probably want to buy a bunch of small bottles and try them all to see how you like them. Debbie sells a bunch of different kinds.

For me, the best glue is Perma Rite #15, but it's hard to come by online. After than CP ORWG. After that, iGlue.

I have some other glues that I haven't tried yet, and I haven't tried any solvent based glues, but as I can get more than two weeks with the PR #15, I'm not motivated to experiment with them much, unless I needed a glue that worked for scuba diving, or something. If I did scuba dive, I'd probably resort to wearing a bathing cap, though.
