i have just received my new low density hair on the psb artificial skin base.the base is fantastic, very natural.however i ordered the hair with a body wave so that the hair would have natural movement instead of being rigid and stiff which woul be a giveaway.
unfortunately the buffs up like the north korean leaders.the wave is also very strong and hence the stylist cant cut as short as i like.the wave causes the hair to stick outwards away from my own hair and prevents effective blending.
i have put leave in conditioner on wet hair and worn a woollen hat to get the hair to mould naturally to my scalp.however when the caps off it fluffs back up.
my stylist has tried a test piece with indola silkstraight relaxer however it has made the hair like cotton wool, and stripped some color.she feels that a hot iron would burn the base.
does anyone else have this problem?is there any relaxer made for the highly processed wig hair so it can be used without causing damage?
It usually takes a couple of washes to settle down and usually after a week or so the bodywave is very slight, Just wash it again and let it dry naturally dont use a hairdryer on it, It will settle mine always do after a week or so.
