I don't know what it is .. but I've been wearing for around 3 years now. Trying to get the lace at the hairline to hide is almost impossible for me. I think I've been getting french lace instead of Swiss lace lately too. It seems a little stronger. It's impossible for me to get that to hide on my skin.
Even if I can get it to hide just okay from the front view.. it's clearly visible looking at it from side views up very close to a 60 watt light bulb. It is a brand new piece, an it's hammered down on there with a minimal amount of glue.
The only solution I've found is to cut the lace in the front down to barely below the hairline if any at all. But, if you do that.. you will constantly be tugging the hair right at your lace edge if you expose your hairline that is not good. Plus when it starts to fray, you don't have anything to cut down.
I'll post pics later as my camera won't be able to capture the lace.
I wear a lace wig I cut my lace all the way back. put the lace over the hair on your hair line or shave it off. Fray block takes care of fraying. Thats a link to show what I use.
You might be in need of a base color change. If you`ve been ordering "transparent" and its not dissappearing, try one in pink, flesh colored, or beige.
THanks.. I've just been ordering whatevr is default. I've been ordering swiss lace, but I almost swear I've been getting french lace instead.. maybe not.
Anyway, I didn't know there were different tones of lace. I will request some samples, thanks!
