Well, I was dx with Type II diabetes in Oct. 2003, so have already cut out all sugars, and all simple carbs, have lost 20 lbs, and just had one of the more severe episodes of PMDD. My blood glucose levels are in a good range, so that should actually have helped me.
I will be increasing my levels of exercise, but when I see my dr. at the end of March, I will be bringing this PMDD up, because it is really making a mess out of my relationship and my dealing with work. I have finally been able to put a name to this nasty thing.
It really sucks to blow up at the one you love for no reason, and feel like there's nothing I can do about it at the time. I just want to hide in a hole for 3 days until it clears up.
I hope I can find something that will help, because I do not want to go through this and put my loved ones through this anymore.
