Response to PMDD

Hi,

It isn't newer, and it isn't "instant", but it is certainly better, and more effective over the long term. There is no instant fix, and yes, anti-depressants cause more serious harm over the long term than any good they might produce in the short term. I have said it a 1000 times before ...

Correct nutrition!!, a good daily multi-vitamin!!, PURE PHARMACEUTICAL GRADE L-TRYPTOPHAN!!, daily exercise (even brisk walking for 30 mins a day will do)!!, and DE-STRESS your life!!

I used to suffer from severe PMDD and cured myself completely. I am now COMPLETELY symptom free, and have been for the past 2 years or so.

Additionally, it is important to take into account any underlying medical conditions which could be exacerbating premenstrual symptoms, and also your age. Many women start experiencing something called "peri-menopause" from about age 35 onwards. This is something which can only be determined by your doctor. If the peri-menopause is properly managed, the PMS or PMDD symptoms will decrease significantly.

Sincerely,
Anthea
