Response to An addendum to my previous post ...

Hrm. My sample pack of Zoloft for PMDD contains 14 pills. Now, the doctor gave me two packs, and a prescription, said to take it a full month. I'm not comfortable with that. I greatly prefer the idea of taking it when I might need it, while I work on implementing changes in my lifestyle for this. However, I wasn't exactly given directions on when to start, and I usually only realize when it is around that time when I get that first migraine, or on occasion ovulation pain. How would I even know for sure exactly when to begin them if I did the 'as needed only' method of utilizing this stuff? I know, I have a lot of questions, but this is all kind of new and it's a weekend so I have to wait to talk to the doctor. I still don't think there are doctors around here that really know that much about this, doesn't seem to matter if it is a GYN or a regular GP. They still seem to lack a lot of knowledge of specifics.
