Response to Re: pmdd and meds

Thank you, Anthea. I have researched Endometriosis for years, since I was diagnosed with it. Then had a hysterectomy what will be 4 years ago come July 11th. I was 25 so knowing the risks of keeping my ovaries, we opted to anyway. I'm actually glad I did, because most of my pain is gone and I am a lot healthier than before. I still have endo tissue on some of my internal organs, but the main thing I ever notice is IBS which I know is influenced by diet and such as well. Another good reason to alter my diet back to something healthier. The PMDD is the only really new thing added to the list, and I know a lot of the stuff I deal with is interlinked, either through cause or via the manner in which chronic illness effects or worsens everything else in the body. I know pain makes my stress worse. Which makes everything else worse as well. It's a vicious cycle, really. But I do like the information on your site as it also matches a lot of the helpful information on other sites for management of the other illnesses/disorders/syndromes etc that I deal with. Just time to implement a lot of the changes and see where I end up.
