Hi everyone, I wanted to give you an update. I am now a little over a month without caffine. It keeps getting better. now remember i loved cokes. It took everything i had in myself not to drink 12 cans a day.I always thought no way am i giving up my cokes. how am i going to stay awake i am already so tired. the weriod thing is i am not tired anymore. I have so much more energy. I feel fantastic!! I was told i had pmdd when i was 19. i am now 33. I was put on a low dose birth control witch worked great until i started having kids. now i don't think it is to healthy to stay on birth control past my age. I found this website and i realized that i have to change my diet. I was doing great as far as losing weight with weight watchers. but i was still drinking alot of coks. finally i said that is it i am done. with prayer of corse i quit the caffine. i can't believe i did it. but i did. I am writing all of you because i want you to know how caffine effects your body/mind. My thinking is so much more clear. i want to share with everyone that i was symtom free this month. and i am down to the lowest dose of zoloft. i will be getting off of zoloft in about 2 more weeks. so no more ugly side effects. always talk to your doctor before you decide to quit any kind of anti - depressant. If i can help at least one person than i will be happy. just give it 1 month. you will be amazed. I want to thank God for this website which i believe he lead me to.
