I have several questions. First let say that eventhough I have hated myself a lot of years (I'm really only 38

) , I am gaining some self-respect for having made this step towards wellness. I have been caffeine and sugar free (and less-salt free) for at least two weeks since I discovered this site. And I have been exercising. I would have never gone back to exercising if it weren't for this pmdd thing.Ok---enough with the pats.
I read that pms/pmdd sufferers should avoid corn and canola oils (among aother things, of course) and that we can use olive oil. Can vegetable oil or soy-bean oil be used also?? I am also cutting on salt, and am very sad about this (I know, I know---Im a baby) How much should we cut??? (PS, I am getting kind of used to it...).
