Here's My Experience

Hi, I am 37 years old and have experienced some (and all) symptoms mentioned in readings of PMS and PMDD for at least 10 years now. There are times that every little thing sets me off and I know if I don't get treatment for it soon my husband won't be able to deal with it much longer. I have not been diagnosed with anything as yet, because the drs I've seen in the past write it off as stress and who knows what. I have a dr appointment on the 10th with my new ob/gyn and I am going to plead for help from her to do something about this before my marriage falls apart. I have two daughters 2 and 16 (I'm praying that this doesn't happen to them). I will ask the dr what her opinion is on whether to go the natural way or prescribe something like paxil, I just don't know what to do. I read all these side effects with the antidepressents that I do NOT want to go through, but I don't want to lose my husband either. I'm going to research up until I have the dr visit to get as much information as I can. I just thought I'd post to get it off my chest. Thanks for reading.
