Hi Megan, and welcome!
I have an interesting story to tell you, and it might just help you discover what the cause for your symptoms are. I mention this only because your story sounds so similar to my own.
My husband and I just recently (as recent as a few months) discovered that we had lived in a 'sick' house. A house that was infested with toxic mold (black mold).
We have since moved from that house (about 1 yr ago now) but are still suffering the effects of exposure to the toxic mycotoxins released from the black mold that was under the floor boards, in the insulation and roof of the house. I have since discovered that it was this exposure to black mold that was the true cause for my PMDD (I could not for the life of me find out why I would suddenly come down with such severe PMS when I had never suffered from it before).
Both my husband, myself and my young son have been chronically ill with constant infections (toxic mold suppresses the immune system), my cycle had been affected hence the PMDD (due to the stress created from illness and all the troubles related to it, which I now have successfully combatted with the L-Tryptophan, hydration, exercise treatment). At the moment I still suffer chronic sinus problems, get sick with 'flu etc. frequently.
Fatigue, short-term memory loss, depression, and a host of other symptoms are linked to exposure to toxic mold. Disruption of normal hormonal function is also a very real possibility.
You can find a great deal of info. on the Internet by typing in the key words 'toxic mold' in the search engine.
Here is a more detailed list of symptoms:
Medical Effects of Exposure to Toxic Mold
1. Non-specific airway inflammation.
2. Allergic reaction [skin, eyes, nose].
3. Hypersensitivity Pneumonitis [an allergic lung disease].
4. Chronic Fatigue-like symptoms [CFIDS].
5. Immune suppression.
6. Central Nervous System dysfunction [vertigo, memory, irritability, concentration, and verbal dysfunction].
7. Gastro-intestinal tract, heart, liver, and kidney damage.
8. Cancer [carcinogenic mycotoxins].

Most Common Mold Health Symptoms
The most frequent general mold health symptoms that you or a family member or friend may be suffering from mold contamination and mold infestation inside your home or workplace are as follows:
chronic fatigue
memory loss or increased difficulty in remembering things or loss of concentration, or feeling lost or "disconnected" from what's happening around you
difficulties in logical thinking and learning
headaches
clear, thin, watery mucus drips from your nose
thick, green slime coming out of nose [from sinus cavities]
runny nose (rhinitis)
frequent bloody nose
coughing and resulting sore lungs/chest
difficulty in breathing
hives
itching of the nose, mouth, eyes, throat, skin, or any area
redness of the sclera (white of your eyes)
skin rashes
skin redness
sneezing
sneezing fits (more than three sneezes in a row, happens repeatedly)
... of course your symptoms could be the result of a different underlying medical cause, and so it really would be in your best interest to have a thorough medical examination done (you can read about underlying causes on the main web site).
Please keep in touch Megan, I will be posting my research re. treatment of physical symptoms on the main site soon. The emotional symptoms have been dealt with fairly extensively, but I will be making updates to this aspect as well.
I look forward to chatting with you some more
