I hate to be the one to break this to you but I heard that sex (often) can reduce the symptoms. Needless to say my husband agrees. I dont know exactly why this is suppose to help but I'm sure a man wrote this and dont think I wasn't looking for my husbands name on the right up.

Like laughter Sex is the best medicine. It reduces tention and stress. It is recommeded in the Kama Sutra
book that you continue having sex ecspecially if you are suffering from the flu, cancer, or mental disorders. Apparently the body contact, caressing, bonding, and all that crap is suppose to stimulate better health and well being. And heres the a catch.-You have to enjoy it for it to work.

I'm desperate and willing to try anything at his point. Its not a pill I want to swallow everyday but its only 2-3 minutes out of my day so what do I have to lose.

It's highly possible, I remember when I had it daily 2 or 3 times a day PMS was almost absent. I still had mood swings but it was only 1 day out of the whole month. I think it has a lot to do w/ the feel good hormone Oxy??? something.. Plus, yes, it relieves stress. Sometimes I'd even ask for it just cuz it helped so much w/ the cramping and pain. I don't know what it is but yes indeed frequent sex, especially w/ a wonderful man helps.. It is a "blessing." It might be a distraction, feel good, or "fix" the hormone balances in my body, but it works. I don't know why. Interesting tho isn't it? Oh well, currently I am not in a relationship, so that will have to wait. I wonder if hubbies w/ wives who have PMDD notice this as well?

ps. it only seems to work w/ "OFTENTIMES" not just 4 times a week or once a day. It worked if it was daily, 2 times a day or 3 ideally... Is that out of the norm?
