Hello,
I'm new here and would also like info on diet, lifestyle, herbs et al that others have found to be helpful.
I am in between doctors right now but once I get settled would like to switch from Prozac to Paxil. I currently carry the diagnosis of Clinical Depression but wonder if I really do have that or if it is all Pmdd. I also have hypothyroidism which definately exacerbates the pmdd symtoms.
Has anyone had good experience with eliminating any foods, beverages or adding something that she can share with me??
Peace, Karah
