I have begun taking 5HTP and Vitex along with vitamin B6 and I don't feel like I want to go postal all the time anymore. I feel...happy, for no reason. YEAH ME!!!! I am curious about this SAMe because it is supposed to work on arthritis as well. It is pretty expensive and you need to take an awful lot from what I have read. If anyone has any information or has tried it, could you let me know by posting on here? I am in Canada, but have family in the states that could get it, if it is cheaper there. Congrats on finding a treatment which helped you. Keep up the good work! About the Sam-E ... I've had previous discussions about this supplement with a few other people ... one lady had fibroids and she found it helped her quite a bit with this particular problem, but did not do much for her PMDD symptoms. However, I would be cautious about this supplement as it can cause problems when taken in conjunction with other meds/supplements. If you're going to use it, please follow only the recommended dosage instructions.
