Hi,
I am new to this concept of not being crazy and discovering that i have PMDD. I am wondering if anyone can give some advise as to more natural treatments for this lovely problem. I get severe physical pains during this time period and severe anxiety and migraines and have thought about strangling my spouse on a few occasions (just kidding). We have separated before due to this stuff. I am completely irrational at times. I have been on Effexor per my doctor and it was okay except for the sexual side effects that almost killed my marriage. I have taken birth control per my OB doctor which didn't have any helpful relief at all and caused horrible menstrual migraines. Now I am going to try the natural way and need some suggestions. I am also hypothyroid and on replacement meds for that so i do not know about interactions there. My mother in law has suggested Estrovan and swears by it, but i dont know enough about it to want to try it. Thanks in advance for any suggestions, am willing to try anything at this point.
