You find the HTML code for your txtAd by clicking on the 'HTML' word under the 'Action' column on your account page. The HTML will be put at the end of the page, but should be quite trivial to find.

In order for your txtAd to be displayed, you have to earn 'credits'; you earn 0.75 credits for each time somebody sees a txtAd on your site. This way only those who contribute to the system by showing other people ads on their sites are shown, and the more credits you have, the more your txtAd will be shown. To earn credits, you'll have to put the HTML code you got with the process explained here on all (or some) of the pages on your own site.
