It sound as if the poor darling has Spinal Bifida. I have seen this and they usually have a leakage of feces and or urine all of the time. You can add sweetpotatoes to her food and it will be a tremendous help by thickening it feces up and having a certain amount of control of how much leakage their is. I have known people, 3 as a matter of fact, that raised spinal bifida pups feeding them Natural Balance sweetpotato and fish and adding sweetpotatoes to the food. The pups thrived and were wonderful pets, all 3 were E. Bulldogs. Check out the doggiesindiapers site. You will find a lot of helpful advise on there of people with pups who have the same problem.
