Have you tried a medicated shampoo with chlorhexidene?

A shampoo with 2% or 4% chlorhexidene might help. Malaseb is one brand. I think the shampoo is more effective than the wipes, because instructions say to leave it on for 10 minutes to get the optimal effect.

I have also used the Resi-Chlor conditioner that is applied after shampooing and rinsing, and left on the coat. The combination of the two really helped my very allergic dog. They worked better than the allergy shots for him.

You can buy these without a prescription at web sites such as entirelypets.com or healthypets.com
