Skin Post (sorry)

Hey Everyone,
I know there’s a lot of ‘skin-related’ posts on here, but my situation is a little different. My dog Major has major skin issues. The Vet is clueless about it, it’s not mange or ringworm it’s just an ‘infection’ as she calls it. All they ever tell me is to give him 6 Benadryls a day. That doesn’t work, Pyobin shampoo doesn’t work, nothing works… not bactroban, lotions… nothing! The only thing that ever worked was the dog food called Muensters. Within a month on that dog-food he was great, no more bald-spots, no itching or anything. Problem is, he’s had 2 bouts with stones (god bless him, which cost me $4k in surgery) on the Muensters so I had to take him off of it and can only feed UD now. My long winded question is this... Does anyone know anything besides food I can do to help him. It doesn’t bother him at all, but we are tired of our 8 month old baby getting Major's ‘hair scab clumps’ on her mouth and body while crawling around. Thanks!
