Hi, I am new to this forum, this is my first post actually, I joined after reading about your pup.
I just wanted to suggest something that works for me. I have a boy with spina bifida, we had 2, but sadly one of our boys passed away. I adopted both my boys when they were 10 weeks old. The food I find helps the most with stool problems is IAMS Low residue veterinary formula. It is fine for pups, and it really reduces the amount of stool they produce. For the runny leakage of stool, we give him Tylosin pills from the vet, and it firms up the stool so "turds" come out instead of water. I find if I feed him on a schedule and not free feed, then I walk him about 20 minutes after eating, he empties right out. Excercise really helps empty the bowels, and then he is empty until the next meal. As he got older, it really settled down. My boy just turned one, and with the special diet, and a strict schedule, you cannot even tell he has a problem. The food along with walks and the Tylosin worked wonders for him. Now we don't even use the Tylosin pills unless he has a bout of diarhea. We are now looking to adopt another pup like him, since he lost his buddy, he is sad. My boy is doing great, and he is perfect. I hope this may help you.

Good luck to you and your little girl!
