Depending on the lenght of your hair, you can make two or three loops (when I was at collar bone lenght, I could just do two very small loops, with BSL it was perfect for two loops and now I still do two loops but always have a tiny bit of ends sticking out )

current routine: Wash every two days with organic shampoo and conditioner or with baking soda, jojoba oil on the ends. From time to time deep conditioning with egg, honey and jojoba oil.
