Frost fairy hair....

Start out by braiding two small braids at the temples. Next twist remaining hair up and made a messy bun with lots of hair sticking up. Hold with lots of bobbypins and hair spray. Loop braids up behind ears. Add decorative snowflake and glitter pins.
