This is such an easy updo. All I do is brush all my hair back to the nape like I am going to make a low pony. Then I start twisting it into a rope. I hold it straight up as I twist. When I get all the length twisted I loop the twist over giving the whole twisted length a twist as I make the loop. It's kind of a fold in half and twist thing. I then put in the Ficcare. The lower you put it on your head the more loop you have at the top. You kind of have to experiment. And I also think you will have to adjust to the length of your hair. When the Ficcare is nice and secure, you gently take hold of the loop or fold at the top and fan it out. That makes the poofed loop at the top. It takes a bit of practice but it's so quick and easy once you get the hang of it. If this isn't clear or you want me to explain further let me know.
