Re: New Buns

ooooh, purty! I can't wait until my hair is long enough to do some of those! Even oiling it doesn't keep down the 'wispies' when I do a plain bun, so some of the fancier ones will have to wait. I really like the buns'n'braids combo.

Hairy facts of life - 23" long, type 2cciii
Wash - Terressentials body wash and hair mud - no conditioner.
Treat daily with either Cocoa butter oil or Herbal Sea Concentrate with EO to help detangle and smooth.
Treat weekly with Ojon Hair Restorative, or jojoba with rosemary and ylang ylang eo.
MP detangling comb, no brushing, two braids for bed.

There is no way I can provide bigger photos on Network 54 without paying for an account, but on the bun lovers hair group, you can see all my buns in one place and they are bigger photos. Here is the link:     http://health.ph.groups.yahoo.com/group/Buns/photos/browse/6526

the effect of the lighter hair at your ends is fascinating when it is up in the buns
Why is the hair on your ends lighter? Is it a natural effect?

I really cant wait for my hair to be long enough to do something like this

here you see my style at my wedding, my curls were set, my husband's curls are natural
