This is kind of a silly question, but how did you do those? I know its a bun, but was it several or one? Damp or dry hair? They just seem to be the PERFECT curls!

I take 100 mcgs of biotin supplements daily and currently alternating Live Clean shampoo and conditioner with Redkens All Soft 'poo and conditioner.

all over her head. I only use two and get great curls. It just depends on how your hair takes to curling. If I did as many as she did, I'd have one big poof on my head! She had a post more detailed in here or on the main board, so you might want to try a search.
