Prewash: Jojoba used before washing, as a preconditioner treatment occasionally.
Washing: CWC Method twice a week. Cold as I can stand it final rinse.
Shampoo/Conditioner: Aussie Mega/Aussie Moist and Suave Naturals. Try other brands, now and then.
Comb: Wood wide tooth, never brush.
For Sleeping: Loose bun.
