Response to question

was that no matter what I did I just could not get it into my hair right! I was not able to catch my scalp hairs to make sure it held. I think you are supposed to twist it as you are putting it in because it is in a keytlo shape.
I am so impatient though that when I was trying to put it in I was breaking hairs after a while !
I think I'm keytlo stick challenged!

My Routine:
Wash once a week with Cafe Moreno shampoo bar (I love when my hair gets wet in the rain after I use it - I smell like a cup o' joe! )
Monoi oil on ends after every wash (and throughout the week as needed)
No more henna! I am growing out my original hair color white hairs and all!

30/as long as it will get!

Conversation was never begun at once, nor in a hurried manner. No one was quick with a question, no matter how important, and no one was pressed for an answer. A pause giving time for thought was the truly courteous way of beginning and conducting conversation. Silence was meaningful with the Lakota, and his granting a space of silence to the speech-maker and his own moment of silence before talking was done in the practice of true politeness and regard for the rule that, "thought comes before speech."
-Luther Standing Bear, Oglala Sioux chief
