A couple of items for swap

I have a full bottle of John Frieda frizz-ease (4oz I think.) I used it once and didn't like it. Made my hair too full. The instruction and ingrediant sticker is gone from the back. But it can be used on wet or dry hair whenever needed. Also, I have a .5 fl oz bottle of auracacia lavender eo. I used it probably a total of 6 times, but it is still very full. Lavender just isn't the right scent for me. Anyway, if anyone might be interested, let me know. This is the first time posting anything on here, so I am not really sure on how this works.

Sister wants the frizz control.

So all I have is the eo. I suppose I could buy a different eo and see if I could mix the 2 to get a more pleasant aroma.

How have you been using your EO's? If you use it directly, the scent it going to be potent. If you mix it into oil, just a few drops to an ounce or more, the scent should be nice. Lavender is very theraputic. A great basic EO to have on hand. You can blend with other scents. I like to add some to bath water and especially in my vinegar rinses. It alters the scent of the vinegar!! So.. there are lots of ways to use your EO even if it isn't your favorite scent.

I guess I just got frustrated because I don't have much experience with eo's. Is there another eo that I can blend with it to tone it down a bit? I would like to use it in my bath, but the straight lavender is unbearable for me. I guess I can experiment.

You can blend it with lots of things...

It mixes well with many other scents. If you like lemon, you could use that, or Geranium is like rose. When using it in your bath, you only need like a single drop or two. It's very faint smelling that way. It could be you are just using too much. Essential oils are concentrated so highly. I put just a couple of drops into my bottle of oil and it scents the whole thing, and is theraputic that way too. So... remember less is more with EO's.
