Karen Ribble's Braid book & video

August 7 2007 at 6:21 PM

Bryndis  (Login TawnyFire)

I have Karen Ribble's braid book and video I'd like to trade. This is NOT the book to do your own hair -- I'm still keeping that for now! Lots of good info and ideas, but I've gotten what I can from it, especially as I don't plan on braiding other people's hair all that often.

I bought them inexpensively through this same swap board, I can't remember how much, but maybe $10? Shipping other than media mail will cost more. What I would really like is a trade for a 2- or 3-prong hair fork, but it needs a usable prong length of at least 5.5" long.

thanks,
Bryndis

p.s. It may take me a couple days to get back to you right now -- my internet is spotty and I don't have much spare time at the moment.

35"/38"/Classic Braid; 1b/F/ii-iii
Alternate between CWC or scalp wash as needed, usually every 4-6 days.
Have used Nature's Gate original formula shampoo & conditioner for years.
Trying Aubrey Organics and acid (lemon) rinse.
Playing with various oils/ butters as money allows to see what my hair likes.
HairSense "bone" comb and a wooden brush (Earth Theraputics?)
Will update this as I go!
