I think i have fond the intendend TIGER 1 on www.falconbbs.com/m09-18.

Great model and color is right very rare because most of time they make the mistake to clor the TIGERs in Desert yellow or Dark yellow.
But a little comment if it is the right TIGER you meant ?
The balken cross is to big and need be more to the rear.
When you wanted to make the TIGER from 504th bat. then there are no turret number or very small red numbers.
When you wanted to dipict the 501 th bat. i`m missing the stalking tiger and the rumboid.

Yes, the picture m09-018.jpg that you found in my Model Maniac Page 9 is the same as
Tiger I Ausffarung Afrika in Page 13 - Part A which is missing at the moment (see my another
reply in your another message), but it was taken by 1st generation, low resolution digital
camera (640x480). From my Page 10 upwards I've been using conventional SLR camera
to get the best resolution possible. I'd like you to see hi-res pics of this very tank once I make
the missing page available again.

Thanks for your information on the tank and the tank battalion. I guess my modeler who
built this Tiger I Ausffarung Afrika just followed Tamiya's instruction sheet when building.
I have Dragon's Panzer III Africa version in the box waiting to be built, this will take a few
months though because there are so many unbuilt models. Please come again any time.
