Italy fingerprinting IMMIGRANTS... how funny is that ?

Is strange how a piece of garbage like Berlusconi actually make laws against poor people turning them all into criminals.
Berlusconi should shoot himself together with all Italians who think that all Romanians are gipsies and/or criminals.
Romanians are above you mother****ers, no matter how dumb we are sometimes, that dumb we never was and i doubt we'll ever be.
Maybe those emigrants deserve their faith for leaving their countries for such a ****hole.
But what can you expect from Italy... other than pizza, old bastards trying to **** minors and laws to fingerprint their emigrants, like they are all criminals invading a "superior" civilization.... someone should tell them that the word "superior" can never be associated with Italy or Italians.

Good measure, everyone living in Europe knows that gypsies are thiefs. How the hell do they survive anyway? They don't work and they don't sell self-made goods. Only criminal behaviour is left.

Send them all back!

Yes, immigrants.

Well, gipsies are in any ways but a few years ago what you people used to think ? That in Romania they are marginalized and don't have rights and a lot of bull****. Look now, you take them all, love them, give them chances and think that we did the same.

You have a point castle7.

If I was a Romanian immigrant, I would be so offended, that I would return to my homeland to enjoy the freedoms and opportunities of my motherland given to me as a birthright!!

Hell, I'd pay for the ticket....

I am so tired of these Romanian immigrants that polute the streets of copenhagen,,
and ask me if I want to buy a "golden" ring each time, or the romanian gangs
that trick tourists and steal their money on the streets with games (can earn up to 10.000 dollars a day according
to the media).

Good news is danish politicians are planning on changing the law, so that they can be deported back to the filthy
piece of sh1t country they came from, EU member or not.

Good for Italy. Finally. We should do the same, unfortunately we are too soft to deal with hordes of gypsy beggars that the other countries refuse and eventually stay in the country where they reach the sea.

LOL. I heard in Poland the already low amount of Gypsies (thank you Communism) had basically all left for England or Germany the moment of EU ascension. You can't find them anywhere!

Thanks EU!

Italy: Gypsy children to be fingerprinted in Rome

Rome, 2 July (AKI) - Thousands of Roma Gypsy children and adults will be fingerprinted from Sunday in the Italian capital, Rome, despite strong criticism from European and religious organisations.

The Interior Minister, Roberto Maroni, is reported to have proposed that all Roma, including children, living in camps throughout Italy should be fingerprinted.

Maroni was expected to reveal details in the lower house of Parliament on Wednesday about the fingerprinting of minors in Roma camps.

The fingerprinting and identification process will be coordinated with the Red Cross and 'cultural mediators' and the Roma will receive a sanitary card, allowing them access to Italy's social and health services.

The card is expected to indicate whether they suffer from any communicable disease, if they take medications and if they have had all their vaccinations.

Gypsy children, whose parents keep them out of school and send them to beg on the streets would lose custody of their children, under the plan announced by Maroni.

The Italian branch of the United Nations' Children's Fund expressed "surprise and grave concern" at the government's move of fingerprinting. The human rights' watchdog, the Council of Europe, also strenuously opposed the plan.

Meanwhile, a European Union survey of 27,000 people released in Brussels on Wednesday, said that 47 percent of Italians would feel "uncomfortable" having a Roma Gypsy as a neighbour.

It was the same figure recorded in the Czech Republic and the highest among the 27 EU countries..

Of the 150,000 Roma Gypsies who live in Italy, about 70,000 have Italian citizenship. Many Roma Gypsies come from Romania.

Tens of thousands of Roma Gypsies have entered Italy in the past few years since Slovakia and Romania joined the EU, and are being blamed by many Italians for much of the recent rise in crime rates.

Maroni explains gypsy census to EU
'Misunderstandings' cleared up with justice commissioner

(ANSA) - Cannes, July 7 - Italian Interior Minister Roberto Maroni said Monday that he had cleared up ''misunderstandings'' with the European Union over a government census of Italy's gypsy camps.

Maroni told European Justice Commissioner Jacques Barrot that he will send the EU a report by the end of the month on the implementation of government measures for what he described as the ''gypsy emergency''.

Barrot's spokesman, Michele Cercone, said the meeting on the sidelines of a summit of EU justice and interior ministers here had been ''very constructive''.

''It opened dialogue on the concrete application of measures carried out by the Italian government, which is what the European Commission is most concerned about,'' he said.

During a meeting with the European Parliament's Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs standing committee president, Gerard Deprez, Maroni also invited EC representatives to come to Italy to see the condition of gypsy camps first hand.

Maroni's plan to take the fingerprints of gypsies - including children - during the census has come under heavy fire from opposition politicians, children's rights organisations, Catholic immigration foundation Migrantes and international bodies including the Council of Europe for discriminating against an ethnic minority.

However, the city prefects of Milan, Naples and Rome charged with overseeing the census have taken different approaches to fingerprinting.

In Naples and Milan, where the census is already under way, fingerprints have only been taken from between minors between the ages of 14 and 18 in Naples camps.

Milan prefect Gian Valerio Lombardi said fingerprinting will only be used in cases where gypsies refused to identify themselves.

Rome prefect Carlo Mosca said he had ruled out fingerprinting altogether but would require photos of gypsies who refused to identify themselves when the census starts in the capital later this week.

The European Parliament is meanwhile scheduled to vote on Thursday on a bill put forward by a group of left-wing Italian MEPs to block fingerprint collection in gypsy camps.

In the wake of concerns over public safety, Maroni has pledged to dismantle all illegal camps as well as authorised camps that do not have adequate facilities.

Government plans also call for the expulsion of any immigrant found to be in Italy without the correct paperwork.

The vast majority of the 152,000 gypsies living in Italy are of Romanian origin, while a small percentage come from the Balkans.

But that's history, history that many of "europeans" fail to understant.

And you, NorthernCyprus-Reloaded. You shouldn't talk since you, yourself are a Turkish immigrant in those places. You should be quiet, but that doesn't characterize a turk, is it ? Reflexion is alien for you

Bride, 13: Gypsy mum has no shame

THE SCROUNGING gypsy mum who let her 13-year-old daughter get MARRIED stuck two fingers up to Britain and declared: "I don't care what your values are."
BRIDAL GOWN: Bozena is like a girl playing dress up
Smirking Renata Gural—who refuses to PAY RENT on her house or send her five kids to SCHOOL—added: "I'm not bothered what anyone else thinks.

"I'll be the one who decides if my daughter is old enough to marry."

Last week we told how child protection groups were horrified when Renata's daughter Bozena wed a 14-year-old boy in a secret Polish gypsy ceremony in East London.

But Renata, who hasn't bothered to learn English during her two years here and uses the baby-faced bride as her interpreter, does not give a stuff.

In the wedding day, they eventually take a bath. They are also very good with a knife. They will surely check the bed sheets to make sure she was a virgin, if not...probably some european taliban treatment with stones and pocket knifes.
However, there's a gypsy I have in high regard...weird looking and weird speaking..."the magician" Ricardo Quaresma...I believe doesn't bring his pocket knife to the games.

Govt to ignore EU fingerprint vote
Maroni 'outraged' over resolution on gypsy census

(ANSA) - Rome, July 10 - Interior Minister Roberto Maroni said Thursday that Italy would continue to take fingerprints during a government census of gypsy camps despite a European Parliament (EP) recommendation to stop.

Maroni said he was ''outraged'' by the non-binding EP resolution on Thursday, which called on Italy to abstain from collecting fingerprints or using those already collected ahead of a full evaluation of the measures by the European Commission (EC).

The EP motion, tabled by a group of left-wing Italian MEPs, held that fingerprinting adults and children in gypsy camps discriminates against race and ethnicity.

It was passed by 336 votes to 220, with 77 abstentions.

But Maroni said the recommendation was based on ''false suppositions'' and that the government plan to deal with gypsy camps was ''a battle for civility''.

''The Italian government will go ahead to the bitter end, in full and complete agreement with the European Commission,'' he said.

''Our aim is to put an end to the disgrace of nomad camps, which are worse than (Brazilian shanty-town) favelas.

''We want to create authorised, controlled camps where people can live in Italy in a dignified manner,'' added the minister, who says fingerprinting will help fight crime and identify illegal immigrants. Maroni received support from EU Affairs Minister Andrea Ronchi, who referred to the EP vote as ''one of the worst pages in the history of European institutions''.

Foreign Minister Franco Frattini said EP accusations of racism against the Italian government were ''totally unfounded'' and ''motivated by politics rather than any substance''.

''The EP adopted this resolution without waiting for the EC to begin their evaluation, which means they had no interest in hearing whether the measure is compatible with European law. For that reason I am not remotely embarrassed to defend this measure,'' said the former EU Justice Commissioner.

Opposition politicians praised the EP vote, which Shadow Interior Minister Marco Minniti described as ''confirming all of our doubts'' about the ''hateful discrimination'' of fingerprint collection. ''It's an important decision even if it's not binding,'' said Senate Deputy Speaker Emma Bonino of the Radical Party. ''We hope that this vote will help convince some mayors and the Interior Minister (Roberto Maroni) to change their minds,'' she said.

EC TO RECEIVE CENSUS REPORT BY END OF JULY. European Justice Commissioner Jacques Barrot on Thursday told the EP that Italy would send a full report on measures adopted for the gypsy census by the end of July.

Barrot pledged to collect all information on ''the purpose (of fingerprinting), the legal basis, how they will be preserved and if they will be used for other ends''.

The commissioner also said he had asked for particular clarification on the treatment of minors under the age of 14 and on the situation in the 17 Italian regions not involved in the government's current emergency plan.

So far, the city prefects of Milan, Naples and Rome charged with overseeing the census have taken different approaches to fingerprinting.

In Naples and Milan, where the census is already under way, fingerprints have only been taken from minors between the ages of 14 and 18 in Naples camps.

Milan prefect Gian Valerio Lombardi said fingerprinting will only be used in cases where gypsies refused to identify themselves.

Rome prefect Carlo Mosca said he had ruled out fingerprinting altogether but would require photos of gypsies who refused to identify themselves when the census starts in the capital next week.

There subsists arguments for and against this registration, the gypsies are so heavily involved in crime on average, even the children sometimes take part that this measure might be necessary to protect the Italian people, at the same time there are probably many gypsies that are fairly honest and lawabiding that would be badly labeled with such a measure but overall its probably the right thing to do

If Italy however started to registrate and join its information on all Italians that are jewish by race or religion it would probably soon have a visit from the US airforce

Very simple problem to solve;

1) Get a map of Europe.
2) Find the Adriatic.
3) Draw a vertical line down the Adriatic.

Solution:
Anything to the right (east)of this line is your scumbags in Europe.....

Fatal crash sparks immigration ire
Moldovan car- chase killer had received expulsion order

(ANSA) - Rome, July 18 - The issue of illegal immigration was back in the headlines on Friday after a Moldovan man driving a stolen van killed a 20-year-old student after a high-speed police pursuit through Rome.

Ignatiuc Vasile, 23, was arrested on murder charges after he drove the Fiat Scudo through red traffic lights at 160 kmph and ploughed into a Citroen C3 with three people aboard.

Chemistry student Rocco Trivigno died as a result of the crash, while his sister and her boyfriend were taken to hospital with serious injuries.

Public fury over the accident was fuelled by the fact that Vasile, an illegal immigrant, had received an expulsion order in May.

''This is extremely serious - the fact that someone who had been expelled was still driving around Rome is not acceptable,'' said Rome Mayor Gianni Alemanno.

Opposition Democratic Party senator Luigi Lusi said the incident revealed ''enormous holes in the system''and called for police to be given greater powers to enforce expulsion orders.

In an interview with an Italian radio station, Interior Minister Roberto Maroni said that expulsion was ''a problem'', but that the government's emergency security decree included more efficient measures, including the opening of ten new holding centres.

''Illegal immigrants issued with expulsion orders should be sent to one of the holding centres, but at the moment because the existing centres are all full they are allowed to go free,'' he explained.

The centre-right government swept to power in April promising to crack down on immigrant crime after a number of high-profile murder cases involving illegal immigrants shocked the nation.

Maroni is pushing for illegal immigration to become a jailable offence, while the emergency security decree boosts prison terms for foreigners who commit crimes.
