SERBIA-TURKEY: PLAN FOR MILITARY COOPERATION SIGNED
(ANSAmed) - BELGRADE, FEBRUARY 2 - Under the plan for bilateral military cooperation between Serbia and Turkey in 2009, a joint exercise of special forces will be held, the Serbian Defense Ministry stated, reports BETA news agency. The plan was signed during a visit of the Serbian Defense Ministry delegation to Turkey's Armed Forces General Staff, while education and training were underlined as the main areas of cooperation. It was mutually concluded that the accord has been very good so far, which was also confirmed with a high degree of realized activities in 2008. "Possibilities of expanding the cooperation to other areas, especially within the exchange of visits by high-ranking officers and cooperation between defense industries, were also discussed," a statement reads. The Serbian Defense Ministry delegation was headed by Chief of International Military Cooperation Administration Milorad Peric, who signed the plan on bilateral cooperation together with Turkey's Head of Foreign Relations and International Security Affairs Major-General Mehmet Chetin.(ANSAmed).

We realy don't need this since we have excellent coopeeration with IDF. This is also very stupid since we have brother ties with Greece. Must be some kind of peaceful politics trying to have friends among NATO countries that recognized independent Kosovo.
What Serbia should have done was to kick out US ambasador and pull our out of US.
Resolution 1244 was broken by other side by founding Kosovo army and our government sit and wait for peaceful solution and making ties with Turkish army. buuulllsshhhiiiittt
Probably it is because most of our politicians were and are paid by US, so they just dance how they want.

Well you are right, we have military ties with Ohio national guard!!! Jesus...
Nothing wrong with Turkos, but it is a little bit stupid to have military ties with possible enemies and with country that recognized independence of our territory...

Bad luck for Serbia, they voted for a pro western government now reap the rewards, no Kosovo, and now joint training with Turkey, who ironicly helped NATO bomb the hell out of Belgrade, Serbs own fault for going pro western.
Serbia is on a downhill path, it better snap out of it soon, our government is no better, Serb's allong with Greeks need strong governments not appeasers like we both have now.

No but seriously, hopefully for you turks you will learn something from the Serbians. Not only are they the most patriotic peoples i have seen since Germans WOII,their special forces are highly proffesional also. They sure made a hell of a unit in a short time, impressive.

Yeah, our special forces are highly experienced and Turkos have combat experience against Kurds, so it can be something out of this cooperation, but IDF is the real player.
But we don't have problem with Albos, our true enemy in some intervention will be US.
I don't see EU countries as a threat, because they will run like kids as soon as they get first kick in ass, like it was in last year events. And it was done by ordinary men from Kosovska Mitrovica, not military units.
