It was a valiant effort all right. On the part of the Sabres. They came hungry and outhustled and outplayed the boys in white. No matter how hard the Raiders tried Buffalo just wouldn't let them get their act together.

Where is the D ?

I watched the video Rimrock provided and where was Georgetown's defence on the first Buffalo goal ? Sure it was a Sabre PP, but all I saw was a one on four and the one won. The Buffalo player went between the Raider forwards, all they did was wave their sticks at the Sabre and then he waltzed around the defencemen.

This looked like midget hockey.

The Buffalo team looks good. I do not think they will fade this season.

What is even more amazing is the fact Buffalo went into the game without league leading goal scorer Matt Bessing. He's their go-to-guy on the powerplay.

It was a terrible effort by the Raiders on Saturday night Wexdog! Stupid penalties (one hit from behind) who the Raider peanut gallery fans (who I suspect have never played competitive level hockey in their life, let alone actually know anything about the game) didn't approve of a call made by probably the two best referees in the OHA (McBride and McQuigge).

I guess neither of these two top notch officials have any idea what they were calling right? I swear by the actions of SOME "apparent" fans around the rinks, that the teams actually recruit these knuckledraggers from the gorilla cages of the local zoo!

And to think, these neandrathals actually breed! There's NO need to mention there names as they know exactly who they are and should they reply to this thread then that will only substantiate my findings!

Truth is Wexdog, the Raiders showed up two periods too late pull out the heroics and take this game. Gee I wonder whether they could have taken the Jr. Sabres too lightly, do ya think?

I actually refrained from submitting a post game report Saturday night due to the fact that my good friend Bert Wilson informed me that Raider management didn't appreciate my "negative" (or should that be truthful, accurate) eyewitness accounts of the teams performances!

Funny isn't it, that when I express my satisfaction with an effort comparable to my game report of a week ago when Georgetown played in Mississauga, everything was peaceful and happy, kiss and giggle in Raiderland!

The minute I/we express our concerns with regards to a half spirited or undisciplined effort, then all hell breaks loose! As we say in program "co-signing someones bullsh%t is to endorse it" and as Matty B says "First step to receiving help is helping yourself."

By carrying on the way SOME of livestock in the crowd does, it just confirms what people from the city say about "US" trailer trash rednecks in Georgetown! If Jerry Springer is ever short of guests for his show, I know of a few "sister kissers" that he could recruit from right here in our hometown!

So Jerry if you read this (teehee) just show up at around 8:00 (gametimes at 7:30 but we'll wait until they've all been hearded in) and I'll point them out to you okay?

"First step to receiving help is helping yourself." as  Matty B would say!

Tony, not being able to express concern over one's teams is not only too bad it's a joke! I myself am a Blades fan and I will tell you this, I have no problem expressing my concers about that team to either the players, coach or the owner! I haven't had a problem with any of them yet so for that I think they are a class organization. I have no personal or family ties to the team I'm simply a fan but they all seems to take my constructive critisim as it is intended. Too bad some other teams couldn't follow suit!

Let's just say this "rbc09", while "SOME" people have NO problem openly expressing their opinions (I know my family certainly didn't when I was "carrying on" in the early 1990's, hell they never gave a damn that they were hurting my feelings, lol) for the best interest of the person, the student, the child, the spouse, the TEAM ... others immediately go on the defense, balking at wanting to take ownership of their shortcomings!

The best way to avoid such responsibility is by lashing out, declaring that their critic doesn't know what they are talking about, and that they "aren't REAL fans"! Well I've got news for those idiots "rbc09" I do care, probably too phuking much!

So much so that this forum has been maintained throughout the past 5 1/2 years with the players best interests at heart! Some of "US" care and love this game far more than the "yard apes" who climb over the railings (declaring themselves fans .... yeah right) as they scream profanities at the referees and opposing players each night!

These aren't REAL fans "rbc09", they're nothing but tag along, no nothings who would say and do anything to obtain the approval of their management/ownership! These yahoos are the ones that believe that as long as they carry on like the trailer trash that they are, then "their" team will win!

I doubt whether many of them can even skate let alone play and understand the logistics of the game! But there they are every Saturday night with their clubs in hand, dragging their wives around by the hair getting ready for another Saturday eveing in Bedrock! Go ahead boys club each others phuking skulls in! That is of course if the club doesn't snap first! (teehee)

"Apparently" there was an "uncomfortable" feeling that I had created by being HONEST on this forum! How dare I/we huh Estock? (teehee)

It happened during last years' playoffs when the Raiders deficiencies were aired as well as the hiring of "shady" characters by what is otherwise a very reputable, family, community based ownership of Ted Nishi and his family!

For some strange reason I apparently "crossed the line" by questioning the "characters" who were hired and are no longer associated with the team. Funny that while certain former "mid-level" (where the sh@t hangs their hat) management that are currently on the run, or departed abrubtly at the end end of last season, that we "REAL" fans still (when we can, lol) go to games and attend to these boards and support "OUR" team!

Personally I love the fact that the "mid-level" management has been done away with in Georgetown and that Ted Nishi has given full priveleges to James Richmond and his staff! The evidence is in the on ice product!

Everyone pulling for one another, a fantastic leader in Evan Zych and amazing supporting staff, void of the $500/week "salaries", yes "salaries" folks, that the former regime had acquired at ridiculous costs to the ownership!

I love the bench demaenor of this team, although Saturday night we did look as though we were skating in sand, took the opposition a little too lightly I would suspect. Maybe time for a bag skate for a few of the stragglers!

But then the WWE peanut gallery would have us believe that the referees lost the game for us wouldn't they? As I said earlier ..... idiots!

When I first read this post I thought I'd just ignore your comments Tony. Then I recalled how you'd reacted to an earlier post of mine encouraging you to calm down. I guess I should have refrained from my well-intentioned comment then as I probably should now.

However, I can't so here goes.

In the earlier incident you said I was like those "trailer trash rednecks"and "SOME of livestock in the crowd" that I stood behind. Also you said my son would be ashamed of his father because of those with whom he associates.

Tony, I take exception to your remarks and am deeply offended by them.

I am entitled to stand at the home team's blue line without regard of those around me.

I can see where "we", that's right Tony , both of us, can get annoyed by the dwellers of the "birdcage" as I refer to the group who sit in front me and are always 'chirping' the refs, players and opposing benches. I think mine is a kinder, gentler way of being critical. But to each his own. Just don't include me as a target of you remarks!

Maybe I should have just considered the source and not written this post.

Or maybe not.

Hopi can you protest all that you wish and I kind of expected as much to be honest, but I was "extremely" careful NOT to identify any specific character,  nor their geographical location within the rink!

You on the other hand choose to ... "stand at the home team's blue line without regard of those around me" ... clearly suggesting that you feel the same way as I do! The only difference is that you hitch your trailer to them by your own choice (and admission I might add) and shouldn't be the least bit offended when you are painted with the same brush as "the trash"!

The other thing which is comical as hell (and I still can't stop laughing at your quote) that you ...... "take exception to your remarks and am deeply offended by them" ... how the hell can you be offended when no one other than myself even knows whom you are? (teehee)

If you don't like being labeled as those in your area .... Then phuking move! Holy crap Hopi, if we choose to live in a ghetto, can we be upset when outside observers make reference to that fact?

This entire topic is insane and is a waste of time, but at the very least your comments warrant a reply no matter how far off the track they are! Stand wherever the hell you wish Hopi, but don't rag the asses of us fans who mock the three ring circus (of whom you know I refer to as you occupy a vantage point in that vicinity) who don't have a phuking clue about this game!

Even you refer to these jackasses as, "dwellers of the birdcage as I refer to the group who sit in front me and are always 'chirping' the refs, players and opposing benches"... So please explain to me exactly how you are any more "kinder, gentler way of being critical" when you won't even take ownership of your comments "Hopi"? I'd refer to that as gutless and cowardly! One thing is for sure, that we share the same observations, the only differnce being that you're offended by my viewpoints .... how anonymously hypocritical is that?

And finally when you suggest that I ...."don't include me as a target of you remarks!" What the hell are you flapping about "Hopi"? How can you be targeted as/for anything when no one even knows who the hell Hopi is? Nor did I even mention the name "Hopi" once in my rant did I?

Get your head out of your a$$ would ya?

Phuking hilarious! Enough already, you're killing me "Hopi"! rotflmfao

"a better class" ..... oh really Chris, are you asking me or telling me? lol

If you knew ANYTHING about me in the least (which you don't) you would have some comprehension that despite my 33 defects of character revealed to me through my recovery efforts in our fourth and fifth steps, that assets as well as liabilities can be noted.

One of 18 assets noted (leaving only a minus 15 in the negative column, teehee) is HUMILITY, something which the peanut gallery (not to say that you're one of them or anything, there's the Phil Donahue disclaimer) wouldn't have a clue how to spell let alone comprehend the meaning of!

Considering that the author hasn't identified himself how could I possibly be refering to anyone specifically when I mentioned the words  "GUTLESS" and "COWARDLY"?

Well at least we finally got you out of your hole! But I'll make a suggestion to you okay Chris? How about if you stay in the vicinity of the ones who vocally seem to know everything about the game, hell there's enough of you helping the on ice officials, and us mere mortals who truly respect the young men who actually play the game will enjoy the on ice product without interfering with it!

In other words you stick with the three ringed circus and we'll agree to disagree with our hockey philosophies got it?

Still NO reply from "Dawgiestiles" (talk about insinuations? I know how the login evolved, others however don't, as such it's not very flattering to your family or more specifically your spouse), so far as "insinuating" that I am of a "better class" than these "unrulely fans", when did I ever suggest so much Chris? Truth is I didn't!

It's just your twisted perception, comparable to your observations when taking in a Raider game! If you can QUOTE "EXACTLY" where I had mentioned that I am of a "better class" than anyone then I'll depart these boards for good NEVER to return again! You WON'T be able to unearth such findings Chris, which will further tarnish you credibility (not that there was much to deteriorate in the first place) than you already have!

Throughout my journey's (prior to this treasured recovery) I befriended the most undesirable acquaintances that you wouldn't even have an appreciation for! Street people, Detox's and treatment facilities were common place for me, so don't even go down a road that you know absolutely NOTHING about because you're way in over your head there!

I've been lower than whale sh#t Mr. "Dawgiestiles" so it's completely inappropriate and an ouright LIE (yes LIE Chris) to suggest that I have EVER declared myself of a"better class" than anyone!

Prove me wrong Chris, there's my challenge to you! Due to the fact that you "WON'T" find ANY reference suggesting that ANYONE is of a "better class" I'll accept your apology in advance! .....

Have a nice day ....... unless you plan otherwise!

Thanks for the support Kusa, but more importantly thank you for your appreciation and respect for ... THE GAME! That is afterall what any of this (these forums, us fans, and most of all the players) is ALL about!

Hell if i want to see a bunch of insecure idiots carrying on, I'll just visit the bars that I used to be one of those idiots at in my drinking days! Some people just don't get it Kusa, but I'm grateful that you have!

One thing that i do take exception to however is the "I truly admire you" part! My priority has never been to be a martyr or anything like that, damn it, I don't particularly enjoy confrontation either! But when someone, anyone tarnishes the game that so many of US love so dearly, then all bets are off and get ready to roll up your sleeves!

WE should NEVER put ourselves in a position of admiration, but rather "WALK TOGETHER" and stand up for what we believe in! As WE have heard in the past plenty of times ....  "Don't walk in front of me, I may not follow. Don't walk behind me, I may not lead. Just walk beside me and be my friend."

As my sponsor points out to me on a regular basis (and something that a selected few have NO comprehension about when they're at a game), the sole purpose and lesson in this journey of life, "is not to think less of myself ..... just to think of myself less!" Do you suppose that the Neandrathals who don't give a rats ass about the officials, the surrounding fans, the opposition, themselves or THE GAME would have ANY comprehension what any of this means? .... Somehow I doubt it very much!

As they promote at the Buffalo Bills games .... Be Loud ... Be Proud .... But Be Considerate! .... Except when you're in Georgetown on a Saturday night!

There you are folks now you all know who I am.

But then those who have been the point of complaint in this thread have known that all along. After all, at least one of them went to school with my son. Also many may have figured out who I was when Mike the Hammer identified me some time ago.

Now Tony, tell me once and for all, am I one of those neanderthals you speak of above?

There now Wex, hopefully you'll have to watch some other contest since when I receive a one word answer to my question above, my participation will be finished.

By the way Kusa, I agree that ragging the refs often as not earns more penalties than it prevents.

Tony, drop by on your way past and say hello next Sat. night if both of us are able to be at the game.

Why is it "barnsdale" that you haven't been to a game this year but are able to identify one of the dough brain yo-yo's that don't know a phuking thing about the game of hockey, yet "Hopi" stands directly above this village idiot and believes that my comments include him? As I mentioned in my previous response (and this is for Hopi), stop pissing around as you know very well where and to whom my comments were directed!

As you so perfectly communicated "barnsdale", this jackass doesn't know a damn thing about hockey! I don't listen to the peanut gallery anymore, as I  "CHOOSE" (did you get that Hopi .... choose) not to stay in the vacinity of such vulgar, verbal diahreah that eminates from these idiots yaps!

I used to sit in the neutral zone stands with my wife years ago, but I knew that I'd wind up chirping one of these phuk ups so WE (a few other fans and I) retreated to the South end (clock end) of the bleachers well out of earshot of these ignoramouses!

the fact of the matter is that there are some who ruin the whole experience for everyone. Junior hockey is something that should be enjoyed, as it is just kids working hard for a future, or even just fun. In NO WAY SHOULD THE FANS TRY TO BRING DOWN A JUNIOR PLAYER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE! THERE WAS AN ARTICLE ON HERE A FEW WEEKS AGO ABOUT A NETWORK 54 FORUM THAT ATTACKED YOUNG KIDS. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THOSE GUTLESS PEOPLE AND THOSE WHO CONSTANTLY CHIRP AT OTHER PLAYERS WHILE ON THE ICE. IT IS PATHETIC! YOU MAY AS WELL GO INTO A SCHOOL AND TELL THE KIDS THEY ARE ALL STUPID. ITS IDIOTIC TO THINK THAT THERE ARE PEOPLE LIKE THAT WHO ACTUALLY DISPLAY THIS DISGUSTING MESS IN PUBLIC! THE FANS IN THE BIRDCAGE SHOULD GROW UP AND STOP BEING IMMATURE!

Its ridiculous! And if an effort is being made by Tony to avoid the constant bickering by moving to the far end, then why try to blame him for chirping as a part of the visiting team? Sounds dumb to me!

Thats my opinion! live with it

Kulsa,

I'm sorry if you are given the wrong impression of me by our forum owner. I totally agree with you that no one should be berating players. What irks me is that Tony has made several erroneous statements reguarding my association with the georgetown team as well as stating that I am out of control and use profanity at hockey games.

Both are so far from the real truth. I have never, and I repeat NEVER used a profanity any of the many hockey games that I have been to in the 5 years i've watched Jr.A hockey. The worst I've ever said to a player is calling them a goon or a tough guy.

What gets me upset is that these kids are giving thier best out on the ice and the officiating isn't. All I ask for in a ref is to be unbias and treat both teams the same. And if they can't adhear to that level of refereeing I'll keep voicing my disapproval in a way that I feel gets my point accross. And anyone how has been involved with hockey can attest to the many "POWER TRIPPER" officials who has to put his influance on a game without any reguard to the players and team of who it is effecting. I feel that is the ultimate discrace in hockey today. That being said I do so not with profanity and beratement of the official but by letting them know they either missed a call or blew a call. In most cases it has been happening all game and my team is getting the short end of the stick. I leave it up to the other teams' fans to voice thier disapproval.
I am very passionate as I have played hockey for 40 years and experienced personally grudges held by officials for one team or another. A good Ref is one that we never hear or see.

If that labels me "trailer trash" or "not a fan of the game" then so be it I dont want to be in Tony's "Model Fan Club".

I challenge anyone to come and sit though a couple of games with me and feel the same way that Tony is exploiting me to be. I have sat in the same seat since I started watching the Jr. A. Georgetown Raiders 5 years ago and I'm not moving reguardless of who is around me. I like the vantage point too much.

it wasnt directly pointed at you in anyway. I was making the point that fans who have no knowledge of the game itself use inappropriate profanities toward those who play the game. And trust me, i have seen my fair share of awful referees, but i learn that the only way to benefit yourself, is to shut the pie hole. i have also played hockey since i was a tyke, and i think i am quite knowledgeable about the game i love. and through experience, a non-respectful fan is a stain on the game

Re: no one should be berating players ..... So then why do you and your peanut gallery continue to do it Chris?

Do you believe for a minute that the observations that I post are mine alone? If so then you really are as far away as your first sh%t Chris!

Hell if you read between the lines even Hopi made reference to the antics that go on right in front of him, which just happens to be where yourself, your wife and your sidekick all sit! My wife also occupies a seat against the railing in the neutral zone and echoes the sentiments that have already been expressed!

The behaviour by the fans in your immediate area is digusting and you are a LIAR if you attempt to deflect the blame elsewhere! So let me see now, Hopi has confirmed my observations, my wife has done the same, as well as several others who are disturbed by the profanity in your area!

I've seen it with my owns eyes when yourself and that pipsqueak no nothing are yelling inappropriate comments at the referees, opposing team officials and YES even the players Chris! Don't you ever remember getting into with the opposing fans? ... I do!

They had finally had enough of you clowns carrying on all game and someone finally challenged the "Birds nest"? can we all be wrong Chris, can we all be liars? I do NOT lie Chris, and I know what I have witnessed and there are plenty of Raider fans who can confirm my findings!

Can you say the same about me? ... No way ... NEVER and you bloody well know it too! So don't come on here pleading your "what me ref" by LYING on this forum, because the one thing I won't tolerate is a liar, and your access will be blocked .... that much I can promise you!

For Kusa and any other real fan concerned about the well being of OUR game, stop by the Alcott some Saturday night and make your own judgment call on this one! It won't take you very long to determine where the riff raff sits ..... I promise you!

Finally, when Chris says that: "Both are so far from the real truth. I have never, and I repeat NEVER used a profanity any of the many hockey games that I have been to in the 5 years i've watched Jr.A hockey" ... There he goes again! Perhaps he's spent just a little too much time with the former Raider MID level management (of whom you know I speak) and is having difficulty differentiating fact from fiction!

This is absolutely amazing! The bullsh%t carries over from the rink to these forums! Where does it end?

Please e-mail me Kusa or any other REAL fan at either thayward13@cogeco.ca or ttigerpaws92@live.com or thayward@diamondair.com and I can go into further detail of what exactly has transpired at our home rink in Georgetown! Oh and I suppose that the police have never graced the upper bleachers because of the chaos created in the bleachers huh Chris? f**king amazing!

Tony, Ive been in the stands for one game this year!!!!! One friggin game

Last year I spent 90% thats right 90% of my time either doing the timekeeping or standing along the boards where Mr.Reda stood and Tony unlike you I can PROVE IT!!!!! my name is stamped on the SCORERS SHEEETS.

SO stick that in your pipe and smoke it!!!!!

NOT ONCE IN MY 5 AND 1/2 YEARS HAVE I EVER BEEN APPROACHED BY A POLICE OFFICER IN THE STANDS OR AT THE ARENA FOR THAT MATTER

THERE HAS NEVER, NEVER BEEN ONE PROFANITY COME OUT OF MY MOUTH DIRECTED AT ANYONE INCLUDING OTHER FANS!!!!!!

I've been loud and sometimes downright pissed off at the officiating BUT I HAVE NEVER SWORN OR BEEN VALGAR TO ANYONE IN THAT ARENA

I'M NOT TALKING ABOUT ANYONE ELSE I'M TALKING ABOUT ME!!!!!!!

No he isn't "barnesdale" but you're in the EXACT vicinity! So let me see now, that's three respectable fans that have confirmed the antics from the "Peanut Gallery"! Anyone else care to step up to the plate and throw in their two cents worth? Please trust me when I say that you can NOT be identified through your login so there's no need to feel the least bit intimidated by these "FANS" (teehee)

One interesting thought though "barnesdale", how would you know that anything out of the ordinary was going on in the stands unless it was INDEED taking place?

How could an independent fan identify one "Jean Machine" character out of the masses if he wasn't making a spectacle of himself? I challenge all REAL Raider fans to stop, watch and listen for five minutes (preferably late in the second a period and into the third when the blood is really boiling) to observe it for yourself! If it wasn't so pathetic it would be comical!

This is the kind of lunacy that can be experienced in "The Rock Pile" at a Buffalo Bills game (not where we sit by the way), where impaired fans taunt PROFESSIONAL, FINANCIALLY COMPENSATED, ADULT ATHLETES, as opposed to impressionable young men who are "attempting" to play and advance in the game that they love so dearly!

Please don't any of you out there pay any attention to "OUR" observations, nor put any credibility into what Chris' "perception" is! Just casually stroll by the bleachers closest to the Raiders blue line and observe it for yourself .... you can then make your own assessment!

One thing for sure however, where WE stand and take in the game, no parent has EVER had to vacate the area in which WE occupy due to profanity and inappropriate, animal like behavior, can these other "FANS" (now that's a joke) say as much?

I doubt it!

Why do you exprees how you feel in reguards to the late Norm Lockhearst. He was a Hockey Haritage reciepiant and an Iconic figure in the hockey community for many years.

He was known to be verbal at times and to throw in an explenitive or two, also known to direct it at coaches, players, and officials.

as well as how you feel about the way coaches in all levels of hockey use profanity and triade behind the bench, berating officials, other coaches, players...ect?

And please try answering both questions directly this time!!!!!

Re: Lets flip this Tony ... Here we go again folks!

Now "Dawgiestiles" is referencing someone who recently passed away to deflect any responsibility! The man is DEAD for "C" sakes and you still have to rub his nose through sh%t! Phuking amazing!

Are you folks starting to appreciate what we are dealing with here? First of all I had never heard Norm rip into anyone as we were spectating the game some 300 feet away from one another! That's not to say that Norm and I never shared hockey philosophies because we did, but usually before/after a game or in the mall.

For those of you who don't know Norm, yes he was an iconic (finally something that "Dawgiestiles" and I can agree on without his twisted perception manipulating things to suit his agenda) Hockey Heritage recipient, and if you say that he was .... "verbal at times and to throw in an explenitive or two, also known to direct it at coaches, players, and officials" then I'll have no other option than to believe you, but that was then and this is now!

Do you want me to believe that you are so archaic that your every word and action hinges on the behavior of others? No wonder we're having such limited success getting anywhere when you can't think and act for yourself Dawgiestiles!

There's my HONEST answer to your first question!

So far as your second question is concerned; "how you feel about the way coaches in all levels of hockey use profanity and triade behind the bench, berating officials, other coaches, players...ect?"

..... That is none of my business Chris! The coaches behind the benches are accountable for themselves! If they can't comply by the rules then they will be dealt with, first of all by the on ice officials and then hopefully (although I do have my doubts) by the league if things get way out of hand!

The coaches when communicating with players and officials in such a way are making a choice to act as barbaric as you animals do! The only difference is that these coaches are involved in the game, conversing with adult referees and in many cases adult hockey players!

Meanwhile the yard apes in the "birdcage" are spewing their filth in front of unsuspecting mothers, daughters and grandmothers! I can't believe that you can actually rationalize your behavior by bringing other peoples scenarios into the equation, but then again NOTHING would surprise me anymore Chris!

Just remember that "DEFLECTION IS THE TRUEST SENSE OF DENIAL", and you are in way over your head Chris!

Oh and don't forget to flip things back over again, as you may wind up getting burned if you stay on one side too long! (teehee)

Have a nice day!

You incorrectly assume that we give a rats ass about your petty spat with dawgiestiles...the title of this stream is "Buffalo vs Georgetown", I have not a clue how you turned into a personal tirade against this guy and really don't care. Fans pay $$$ to enter and attend games, if their behavior is inappropriate security will remove them, end of story.

It is becoming tiresome and boring to click onto a subject title that you might be interested in, only to discovery that THAYWARD is teeing off again on some forum participant he has an axe to grind with....GIVE IT A REST!!

I have made the trek from Scarborough to Georgetown on several occasions, through not in the last couple of seasons, and the "Yard Apes" in the "Peanut Gallery" were an annoying nuisance and still are apparently.
What a crew ! They are a bother to other fans who have also paid their money.

I always stand with Tony and friends and aside from the occasional "Come on ref, you must have saw that one" and the type, they are great fans of Georgetown and the game.

Some other observations ...

Smokedmeat;

"You know what i want to know???
Who that goof is that sits on the Georgetown blue line.
I havent been to Georgetown this year, but in the past few years he always wears blue jeans with a jean jacket. Dark hair.

THE MOST ANNOYING FAN EVER!!!!!!"

I think I remember that goof and had similar thoughts.

However "Most Annoying Fan", as far as I am concerned is still Vito from Newmarket.

Hopi/Bob
"There you are folks now you all know who I am."

Yeah, because there is only one Bob in the world. That does not help ... Bob.

"Tony, I take exception to your remarks and am deeply offended by them.
Just don't include me as a target of you remarks!"

Surely you jest ? You are offended ? lol ... Please, shut up !
Stand wherever you want, but do not pretend to be upset when you get lumped in with the idiots around you. It seems that they do not bother you, you do keep going back there after all. You know that "ghetto thing".

Chris Dawg
"we are not worthy!!!! oh merciful one"

In a word "No".

"Ooops, Did I incinuate? I must check out what that word means!!!!!
If you can't swallow then Don't chew!!!!!!!!!!"

"Incinuate ? I must check out what that word means!!!!!"
While you are looking it up, check the spelling. However we all make mistakes.
The swallowing thing ... I am not touching that one. To each his own.

Vanilla Extract ... I put that stuff in my morning smoothies.

Just to let you know Wexdog, the d%ckhead that I've mentioned to you in the past was chirping the Vaughan Vipers captain tonight ... go figure! This jackass is a phuking idiot and I'd love nothing more than to see a puck shut his trap for good!

Gutless puke that's all he is, and if ever anyone lowered themselves to his level and challenged the pipsqueaked SOB, he'd probably run for the (Halton lol) hills as fast as possible!

If that goof ever wants to challenge me on my observations, Chris (Dawiestiles) can point out the location from where I watch the game from and I'll tell you to your face what a disrespectfull a$$hole you are!

Real tough guy, chirping the opposing players from the stands! Back when I played we used to laugh about phags like you in the dressing room!

This is my point that I have trying to get through Tony, while I don't support Mr.Jean Jacket's actions or verbal tirades on players or officials, your attack continues to be one-sided. The only time we hear of such antics is when you’re at a Raider game and it involves Raider Fans!!!! What you fail to report is all the other antics that go on in other arenas and with other fans!!!!! If you can tell me that the only fans and the only arena that this happens in is Georgetown, than I call bullocks on you. I have attended many games outside to the confines of Georgetown and have witnessed similar disgusting antics....I remember attending a playoff game in Hamilton last year where a guy was berating the Hamilton goalie while he was playing!!! I also remember when Georgetown played Hamilton in the playoffs 2 years ago and the fans were not only taunting the players but other fans as well and I could go on and on and on.In the Raider game this weekend I also witnessed a couple of Vaughan fans berating the officials and players on numerous occasions!!!! Yes I'm taking about the 2 guys that were about 50 feet from YOU along the railing... and the words coming out of their mouths was not that pretty either!!!! This happened in the SAME Georgetown game and the SAME arena!!!!!But if someone were to read your posts one would come to the conclusions that ONLY Georgetown fan(s) commit such atrocities. Re your comments:

"By carrying on the way SOME of livestock in the crowd does, it just confirms what people from the city say about "US" trailer trash rednecks in Georgetown" and
"Just to let you know Wexdog, the d%ckhead that I've mentioned to you in the past was chirping the Vaughan Vipers captain tonight ... go figure! This jackass is a phuking idiot and I'd love nothing more than to see a puck shut his trap for good!

If the way some fans act is repulsive to you then why don't you report about the other "trailer trash" fans in the stands and in other arenas!!! Are they not as repulsive or is it just a personal vendetta against Georgetown fans.

And If the only reason you post about Georgetown fan(s) is because they embarrass your home town Then STATE IT IN YOUR TIRAIDE!!!! Don't mislead everyone into thinking that these person(s) in this town are the only one who do this!!!!

On the other note, Why instead of acting a "Real tough guy" CHIRPING this guy on the forum walk up and express your feelings toward him like a "REAL MAN" would instead telling everyone that if he provokes you by tracking you down "tell him to his face what a disrespectfull a$$hole he is!" Who is worse Tony, him for his tirade or you for attacking him behind his back on not standing up for what you preach!!!!

I am in now way defending the actions of Mr. Jean jacket guy,as all the attention you have given my posts had distracted me from being focused on the game and I made an effort to listen to what was going on around me instead. I must add that I too found that it was way overboard and not that pleasent to listen to. But if I had taken issue with him voicing his god given right to free speech then I would of told him so in person(as I did when I turned aroud and told him that was enough!!!) Did it stop him? No... What should I have done? Shot a puck at him because I did'nt like it!!

I am really looking forward to see how you deflect this on to me again or how you avoid the questions I ask and go on about some other stuff that can vindicate yourself from criticism.

P>S>. Just MY PERSONAL OPINION that I've been trying to get through to you!!!!

Re: Sounding Off

November 2 2008, 9:53 PM

Just arrived back in London from a very disappointing effort from the Buffalo Bills at home this afternoon. I thought that I'd check to see what little nuggets of wisdom I'd encounter here "In The Cage" and what do you know .... here it is! (teehee)

First of all Chris, when you say that "That was one of the ugliest things I've seen from a player(kid) in hockey!!!!" Well then I've been giving you far more credit than you deserve! Because if that's one of the ugliest things I've seen from a player  then you really haven't seen very much hockey have you? I've seen alot more disturbing incidents than that throughout my forty years of playing/spectating this magnificent game, as I'm sure many of our visitors have too!

Okay, let's get on to your next load of justifyable crap shall we? Here's a good one ... "we hear of such antics is when you’re at a Raider game and it involves Raider Fans!!!! What you fail to report is all the other antics that go on in other arenas and with other fans!!!!!" ... Ahhh earth to Chris, in case you hadn't comprehended it the least bit, Georgetown is my/our hometown, as such I attend more home games than in any other community!

Having said that Chris, I must inform you that yours and Mr. Jean Jackets antics clearly stand out amongst the rest of the crowds, as was made reference to by several people last (Saturday) night. Even the visiting teams non dressed players were literally pissing themselves laughing "AT" yes "AT" the two of you Chris! lol. These are teenagers ridiculing "apparent" adults!

Now here's a goody! (teehee), "What you fail to report is all the other antics that go on in other arenas and with other fans!!!!!" The other arenas aren't my hometown rinks and "apparent" hometown fans! For the record Chris, I attended two Junior 'B' games last week, one here in London (670 fans) last Wednesday, and one on Thursday night in Sarnia (1439 fans) and NEITHER game featured the archaic behavior of the "Peanut Gallery"!

I just love your rationalization and justification Chris, kind of reminds me of my drinking days! It was always somebody elses fault and hey if they can do it why can't I? Truly childish yet predictable behavior! lol

So far as; "If the only reason you post about Georgetown fan(s) is because they embarrass your home town"  ...You give yourselves far too much credit Chris! You nor the pipsqueak geek in your area could ever embarrass anyone ... you're not worthy of such control over anyone! Nice try though!

Now this is truly a gem! "Why instead of acting a "Real tough guy" CHIRPING this guy on the forum walk up and express your feelings toward him like a "REAL MAN" would instead telling everyone that if he provokes you by tracking you down "tell him to his face what a disrespectfull a$$hole he is!" Who is worse Tony, him for his tirade or you for attacking him behind his back on not standing up for what you preach!!!!" ... First of all I won't give the time of day to such a useless piece of sh%t as that ... got it? Secondly, and you should be reminded about this as well, the game isn't about either of you two jackasses in the stands, most of us would prefer to watch a hockey game as opposed to catering to the attention cravers in the stands!

As far as a "REAL MAN" (is that what you call yourselves? teehee) If this fool wants me to tell him to his face how I feel, point out where I stand and send him up to me Chris, because I'd be only too happy to let him know (as well as others in our area as well) exactly how I/we feel!

And when you question; "Who is worse Tony, him for his tirade or you for attacking him behind his back on not standing up for what you preach!!!!" ... I'm NOT attacking him behind his back, have you lost your mind? I don't hide behind fictitous logins, I make no excuses for my opinions/insights, and I most certainly don't back down from such an insignificant pee-on as this clown!

I "WILL" speak my mind (if asked) but I will "NOT" engage "ANYONE" in any kind of physical confrontation, as I have far more at stake than someone who has the IQ of a dead moose rammed up a worms ass, understand?

Just remember Chris that when you hang around with sh%t, chances are that your going to get some on you and smell just as bad! (lol). We are also a product of the company that we keep, and from what we can see your company is neither very knowledgable about the game, nor very respectful of the people in your immediate area! Kind of difficult to respect others if you don't respect yourself isn't it Chris? (ha! ha!)

That's about enough for me tonight, time for a hot tub before bed! Goodnight, sleep tight and have a very nice evening .... unless of course you plan otherwise! (teehee)

Oh and one final thing Chris, that was a cute little tug that you gave the pipsqueaks jacket when you and I made eye contact! (Ha! Ha! Ha!)

Didn't think I/we were watching did ya? In all fairness, my wife and I returned back to Georgetown late Saturday after going to watch one of here work colleagues son play hockey in Guelph Saturday afternoon. By the time we had dinner and made it back into town, we arrived just in time to see the two puppets bouncing around in the stands! It was then that you made eye contact with me and summoned "your little buddy" to stop it! (lol)

You're too much Chris! I'm still having a good laught at that one! Goodnight!

While I would agree with Chris that the incident was ugly, I think scary might be more appropriate. That first punch thrown by Pintaric was a complete sucker. And the fact he didn't stop was where it got ugly. James Richmond confirmed last night on SportsZONE Live that the incident will be looked at by the league.

Yes, it was a "COMPLETE" sucker punch and warrants further disciplinary action by the league, I'm going to say three games! But c'mon to say that it's one of the worst he's ever seen just illustrates the theatrical side of the Georgetown barnyard animals! We have all seen ALOT worse where sticks were used instead of fists!

Oh but then everything that happens to "US" in Georgetown is "SO" much more devastating than anywhere else isn't it? Oh brother!

Kusa started this thread with "should be a dandy tonight...". He was speaking of the Buffalo 5-3 win over Georgetown over a week ago.

Out of that innocent statement a battle has erupted, Tony vs Chris and Hopi. Hopi has since bailed, leaving Chris to take Tony on by himself.

This spat between Tony and Chris has been raging ever since.

Some others have occasionally chimed in with their .2¢ and it continues with no end in sight.

It looks as though Chris is beginning to waver and may be ready to throw in the towel and admit defeat.

by no means does my lack of a response mean that I have "waved the white flag"...

My goal of opening some eyes of this forum of Tony's antics
That is :
1)To give an truthful, accurate and unbiased account of the situations and persons/organizations involved.

2) His continued (personlly percieved) superior intellect on every issue he chooses to involve himself in.

3)His continued beratement by any means nessessary of anyone who dare challenge or disagree with his point of wiew.

I feel, by Tony's responses to me as well as others who dare to disagree with him, that my attempt has been met and there will be no further need for me to reply reguarding this issue.

I'm sure Tony's response will be most amusing and a continued assult to demean and degrade myself will continue.

Thats ok with me Tony, It's YOUR forum!!!!!!

P.S. This issue is closed as far as i'm concerned. The taunting Tony has employed will not change my stance but furthers my stance of the lenghts Tony will go.

Chris,Chris,Chris,
I respect the fact that you are a "passionate" fan for your team, as you've said. That's great , much like SMC who posts on here , he bleeds Aurora Tigers blood. I respect him for that too.
My introduction to this league was in a Georgetown game when I moved here from another Province a few years ago. I was with a former Georgetown "hero" - I forget the year but Georgetown was on a roll. He was embarrassed,I was surprised,at the behavior of some of the "fans" & told me later that is why he doesn't go to many games anymore. I couldn't understand & still don't tolerate , an adult who will pay $10.00 to go to a game in this League & spend the night screaming at the referee or a 16 or 17 year old kid.
In this thread you identified yourself - the moderator didn't. Your quote:

"All I ask for in a ref is to be unbias and treat both teams the same. And if they can't adhear to that level of refereeing I'll keep voicing my disapproval in a way that I feel gets my point accross."

I AM NOT attacking you in any way BUT, IF the way you choose to express yourself, as you've described, is beyond the boundaries of what is acceptable to others, be prepared to be taken to task. Tony didn't call YOU out - you did - there are even points where you appear to be talking to yourself.
One reason I love going to Aurora games is the fans - and there aren't big crowds believe me, are from a demographic I would guess is 50+. I have always found them supportive of their team & respectful to everybody. I'm not from there, they don't know me but often chat and pass on their insights on their team- its a nice place to watch a game. Can't say the same for Gergetown which is too bad because it DOES reflect on the community.
Your posts haven't been edited, you've said more than enough, you haven't been blocked, you HAVE made it personal. As with "voicing" your "disapproval" of refs - be prepared to be taken to task.

I hope this post "self-destructs in three minutes." Good luck Chris.

Kulsa , you should be suspended for 3 days for starting this - your original post was so controversial.

Ignore Tony would you Chris? But when reading the two replies following yours, I ask you can everyone be wrong?

Your response is proving that our moderators "intellect" is "superior" to yours, not necessarily by his admission but instead by your own gramatical ineptness. You had me confused right from your very first rant; "My goal of opening some eyes of this forum of Tony's antics". What exactly are you attempying to communicate?

And then you continue to prove Tony and others right by further exposing your true colors; "(personlly percieved)", "His continued beratement by any means nessessary", "no further need for me to reply reguarding this issue", "continued assult to demean and degrade myself will continue", "The taunting Tony has employed will not change my stance but furthers my stance of the lenghts Tony will go", you are just proving everyone right Chris.

As HANSON had mentioned, you are actually validating Tony's observations by stating exactly how you berate the officials. So by your very own admission you continue to prove others correct Chris.

In conclusion if you don't like it here, simply leave and don't come back. You would be missed here about as much as you would be if you stopped attending Raider games. I too have observed you inappropriate behavior, and to be perfectly honest you do offend many people within your vacinity. But the final straw is when you interfere with the game by yipping at the referees and the opposing players. Grow up would you?

In reguard to tony's posts and the posts I've taken issue with Tony's comments on this subject

Fisrt, let me state that I completely agree with Tony's assessment with some of the fans in my vacinity and by no means am I trying to vindicate thier actions.

I stand corrected...My appologies to any and all who I have offended and in future I will endevour to respect those around me and "shut my yap" when I see an obviously one sided approach by the the officialting. My only "fault" is that I get sick and tired of officials calling an infraction on one team but not the other. I do feel in all fairness to the kids on the ice that officials should approach the game in a fair and unbias manner. there have been many games where not a word has been uttered from my mouth because the officiating has been fair both ways. I do choose to voice my disapproval in a vocal manner. Instead of shouting " what about the hook/slash/hit from behind..ect " or " If your going to call it on one team call it on the other" I'll sitck to "Booing" in hopes that I assimilate to the many fans who do this in hopes that it too will not be misconstrewed as berating the official. I have stated my stance on the quality of officiating in this league on many occations in this forum.

The words "idiot" , " moron" and "a$$hole" have never come out of my mouth when voicing my disapproval. As most of the games in Georgetown have been recorded. I challenge anyone to accociate my voice with that and any other valgar language that has come from the section in witch I sit. the camera is positioned above my section and would be easy to identify which voice is indeed accosiated with such comments. The same cannot be said for those around me. On many occations I have applauded the officiating (vocally) in the same game and defended a call or a percieved injustice by the offical from those around me. The way I looked at it was that if I have the right to critisize an official then it is only FAIR that I acknoledge applaud them for a call or job well done. My team winning or losing does not play into my approval or disapproval of a well officiated game.!!! I pride myself on being objective and unbias.

As far as Tony is concerned I do not take issue with his voice of disapproval... I do however take issue with the idea that it only happens in Georgetown with Goergetown riff raff. I felt that if he is going to take issue with the actions of riff raff in georgetown then report the other riff raff from visiting teams and well as in other arenas. Don't singling out and condemn them as the only cuprits that commit such attrosities. If it is true that his goal is to rid hockey of the trash, then report all the trash, by all the parties who commit it reguardless of which towns riff raff is commiting the act. That is why I feel he is misleading and does not represent the true scope the issues of which he takes offence of.

that being said I have been so insistant apon getting through to Tony and other forum members that Tony has only reported one side of the equation and by viewing his posts only talks about the Riff raff in goergetown. He ommits the visiting teams riff raff because it defeats his purpose of singling out Georgetown's. The true scope of the issue is that many teams in many different areans have the same riff raff that commit the same actions!!!!!! And all I wanted him point out is it doesn't happen just in Georgetown!!!!!!!!

And Tony, Do you think that this my PERSONAL view only! As hard as it is for you to believe people who read the comments on this forum approach me too.

I do voice my disapproval to the ref on a missed call or an infraction being called on one team but not the other. But that's it!!!!Guilty as charged!!!!! I never disputed this fact!!!!!!

I do not however or ever have used profanity in my vocal disapproval. And in the last 3 or so years cannot remember a single time where I directed on comment to a player or another fan.

Her is an example of credibility

So much for my freedom of speech...guess i'll just keep it all bottled up inside....

Freedom of expression is one of the most fundamental rights that individuals enjoy. It is fundamental to the existence of democracy and the respect of human dignity. It is also one of the most dangerous rights, because freedom of expression means the freedom to express one's discontent with the status quo and the desire to change it. As such, it is one of the most threatened rights, with governments - and even human rights groups - all over the world constantly trying to curtail it.

Note to self: Doesn't apply in hockey arenas

This is over the top everyone! Holy crap!

Chris when you say (and I quote you, again) that ..... "respect of human dignity" ..... so what exactly, if you don't mind me asking was it that you and your chirpy little puppet friend were doing gesturing in the direction of the Vaughans Captain last Saturday night? Was that showcase a display of ...... "respect of human dignity"? (lmfao)

I think that it may very well be time for either Alex (Rimrock media) to turn the camera down and tape you clowns, or maybe I'll just bring my cell phone into the rink (with prior approval of the arena staff) and catch a ten second video clip of the yardapes in the stands.

Are you really that far removed from reality Chris, or are you just having a little fun with us? Please tell me it's the later, because if it isn't then it may very well be time to start measuring up a couple of fellas for their own little rubber room! (teehee)

Can everyone appreciate what we are dealing with here?

It's very clear to me that about the only thing that will evolve from our tiresome/lengthy debate is that  ... "WE AGREE TO DISAGREE" and quite honestly Chris I'm quite comfortable with that! <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

From the replies voiced by several of our well informed guests here "In The Cage" I sense that they have an appreciation of what we are dealing with. In fact a few contributors have made reference to your very visible/audible expressions throughout the duration of a game and their viewpoints validate my own observations.

Hell, you've even go so far as to qualify yourself by stating that; "All I ask for in a ref is to be unbias and treat both teams the same. And if they can't adhear to that level of refereeing I'll keep voicing my disapproval in a way that I feel gets my point accross." ... And that folks just about says it all doesn't it?

To tell you the truth Chris, I am elated that we have differing viewpoints with regards to enjoying, respecting and spectating a hockey game. Because if I "EVER" lower myself to the behavior of the fans in and around your area then I "PROMISE" you that I will stop attending games all together!

When yourself and your jean jacketed counterpart were "challenging" the Vaughan Captain last Saturday night at the Alcott, whether you used profanity or not was irrevelent as far as I'm concerned. That FACT that the two of you were the ONLY ones standing, pointing and chirping the player speaks volumes!

I'm not sure whether you and your sidekick were deprived attention as kids and you feel compelled to seek that attention from the stands now as apparent adults? Whatever befalls you, please at the very least acknowledge that neither of your behaviors is conducive to the rest of the fans in the rink, with the exception of course to the tag alongs who follow your lead .... if that's what you choose to call it.

If you re-read this entire thread Chris, you'll note that I'm NOT the only one making reference to the fact that you've crossed the line as an apparent fan. If you're still unable to recognize that then I'm afraid that you may be even further removed from reality than I had initially believed.

Was this before you and I made eye contact Chris? You know when you summoned your little sandbox playmate to stop taunting the Vaughan Captain like a couple of school yard boys who have just been caught launching snowballs at the other kids? You can remember those days can't you Chris? Ya know, the teacher walking around the corner of the building just as your getting ready to launch one of those packing snow cannon balls at some kids skull?

I can still picture the sight of you tugging on Spanky's jacket (I'm chuckling as I type this) as he's brushing you off with his pre-occupation clearly focused on the Vaughan Captain (like one of those Sammity-Sam/Bugs Bunny cartoons, you get the idea right Chris, you flea bitten varment, leave me alone I gotta get this rabbit, hand me my gun ya dust rag), who was also pissing himself laughing at the three ringed circus!

Am I lying about that too Chris? Or would you prefer to shred the remaining sliver of credibility that you have left after a rather pathetic attempt at declaring your innocence to fans on this forum who have actually observed you in action? Ever heard of guilty by association Chris? We are a reflection of the company we keep, please remember that!

Perhaps we should start a poll to see which of the two of us is telling the truth Chris, what do you think! But remember, you may as well be using profanity even if you say you don't, because actions speak louder than words and your actions at a hockey game are completely inappropriate!

Don't believe me? Review the comments that have been written on this thread thus far, pretty consistent aren't they? Can "WE" all be lying Chris? As we're taught in program, some people are sicker than others, and the sickest actually BELIEVE that their actions are appropriate or they wouldn't be doing them ..... Would they?

Think about that one just a little bit Chris prior to replying with another reply of the "Blame Game"! (lol)

The only proof i'll need is by the vaughan's captain's own admission my friend...The tug on his jacket was just that and I told him that was enough and sat down.. To be quite honest he has been there for so long I really just block it out. but I looked over in your direction saw you was embarrassed for him and thats why I tugged on his jacket. hell I had to ask him what the deal was with the captain because he wasnt involed what so ever..but No problem ...you say I was involved... and I say I wasn't...only one way for my to prove it...usless of course you won't take the captain's word for it?

And I'll garrentee 100% I said nothing to him and didn't even raise a finger in his direction...I just watched the parent of the kid that got ambushed come running down the stairs with a few choice words to the vaghan player who suckered him, next thing I know Mr.Jean Jacket is behind me freaking on the captain... what for I still have no idea...he never told me..

As a matter of Fact he asked me several times why I had been so quiet that night!!!

But had i said something it wouldn't been directed at the captain it would of been directed at the other vaughan player who suckered Gervasi

What amazes me is that I kept my mouth shut and I still get accused for being an idiot

No win situation for me

But I garrentee you I WILL get the proof!!!!!

You is treadin' water in mud Chris. lol. If you feel as though you have never done a single thing wrong at these games, why then do so many people know who you are? Also, you say; "As a matter of Fact he asked me several times why I had been so quiet that night!!!", could it be guilt? Why were you so concerned about Tony's embarrassment? You are funny as hell Chris. You claim to be holier than now with your "I didn't do it routine" but then there are so many people who are capable of identifying you in a crowd, why is that if you are so innocent?

Re: "but I looked over in your direction saw you was embarrassed for him and thats why I tugged on his jacket" .. how could you possibly know that Tony was embarrassed for him when you are a couple of hundred feet away? Besides I would imagine that Tony would be somewhat more disgusted rather than embarrassed for your little yipping buddy Chris. But I am sure that Tony will offer up his take on things once he logs in.

This is getting more comical by the minute! (teehee). Several fans keep mentioning different instances where Chris has been out of line and then he goes for the entire hook, line and sinker! Here are a couple of YOUR own quotes Chris which clearly implicate you as a fan with your "own agenda" shall we say! I'm digging out my super sized ladle just to stir up the broth a little more!

When you say that ... "As a matter of Fact he asked me several times why I had been so quiet that night!!!", by your own admission your comment would suggest that you were unusually quiet, as opposed to the more boisterous, obnoxious ranting that several of us have referred to emanating from your yap over the years!

Then you go on to say, and I quote you  ... "what amazes me is that I kept my mouth shut and I still get accused of being an idiot" ... which again suggests that you were acting in a manner uncommon to you!

Personally I really don't give a sh#t how you or your sidekick, no nothing about hockey, IDIOT, yes IDIOT friend carry on Chris, and quite "HONESTLY" (do you know what that word even means?) I hope that you resort back to the behavior that is conducive with your attendance at a game so that fans can observe your antics for themselves!

Not that I need to have my observations validated for a stinking minute because I know what I've heard and seen over the past few years, and it was the two of you (Yo Sammity Sam and Foghorn Leghorn) that played a "part" (that's all nothing more) in removing myself from that area in the first place!

Carry on, as you were, but please don't come on here and paint a lily white image of yourself! Not that it's working as there are plenty of fans who have witnessed you two in action over the years, not to mention a couple of other yahoos in your immediate area.

But please don't take us to task when "WE" (real fans) exercise "OUR" rights to express ourselves with regards to your behavior! Youre entitled to your expressions, and so are "WE", but for some strange reason "OUR" (meaning more than one, got that Chris?) observations are ... wrong! Funny how one individuals twisted perception can be enforced upon the majority of fans as "NORMAL" behavior ..... isn't it?

Kind of like during my drinking days when I "HAD" all of the answers, but didn't know any of the questions! I'd constantly remind friends, family members and work colleagues how phuked up they were, but I "WAS" the one drinking five beers in the morning before going to work to design wing flaps for the Dash-8 (400 series) aircraft at DeHavilland!

So I believe that I've got a fairly decent sense of denial, rationalization and justification Chris, as they're just three of my thirty plus defects of character from my former life, so don't even go there, you're not worthy! You are however transparent as hell, as is your sidekick! Just remember, you can't con a (former) con, and if Mav wasn't able to do it, you sure as hell won't be able to either!

Your serve! ..... Let's see what the next justifyable load of crap will be, shall we? (teehee)

I do believe that everbody will agree with me when I say - ALL OF THE ABOVE!

Chris you fail to realize that you have been acting like a baffoon for years. One night of keeping the Jean Machine in line does not eliminate all of the times that you have been way over the line. I do remember that crazy workmans vest that you used to wear with the big 'X' on it. If your obnoxious taunting of referees and players and even the fans from out of town was not enough to reveal your identity, then that workers vest was.

There is nothing new here Chris. Anyone who goes to Raider games on a regular basis knows exactly what you are all about and it is not anywhere near as glamorous as you portray yourself. I am sure that others will agree.

Stirrin,

please, All I asked was if Tony, was if he going to rant about us then include the other riff raff that does too!!!!

A simple and fair request, No references of me or how inocent I am , Just a simlple request!!!

And look what resulted from it!!!!

So Mr Tony, who never misleads or lies AND by his own statements says that I am.... can answer that, once again, simple question!!!

1 or 2

Re: So which is it Tony,

1.Guilt by association

2.Was I directly involved?

1 or 2 Tony very simple

As Stirin' says; "ALL OF THE ABOVE" Chris! There are you satisfied now?

Why are you continuing to plead your case to so many of us who have actually witnessed you in action? There are plenty of people who have made reference to your behavior around the rink, including my wife! They just choose to turn a blind eye and a deaf ear to your antics.

Okay so perhaps as a result of so many of our participants here "In The Cage" airing their grievances, you've cleaned up your collective sh%t somewhat, that's great, and I'm very pleased for you, us fans and most importantly ... THE GAME!

But let's not lose sight of the fact that it wasn't always this way, do you agree? I too remember your working vest and quite honestly it made you stand out even moreso when you "USED" to be trashing the opposition, the fans and the referees. I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and acknowledge that "MAYBE" you've matured by a couple or three years! lol

When you stated that your little Jean Jacket friend (Yo Simitty Sam, teehee) had enquired; "why I had been so quiet that night!!!" ... That comment in itself indicates that it is unusual for you to be somewhat transparent amongst the crowd! It suggests that you usually don't conduct yourself in a manner comparable to the rest of the spectators ... which WOULD be an accurate assessment, wouldn't it Chris? (Please remember that it was your submitted quote, and not one made up by myself)

I don't mean to draw upon parallels to my drinking days, but I remember the first time I came home sober and the wife was quite impressed, but then I'd betray her trust just a couple of days later when I'd repeat the routine all over again! It's a fact Chris that actions speak louder than words, so don't tell us that you've changed ..... SHOW US!

Everyhting else is just window dressing and bullsh%t Chris! For your sake I sincerely hope that you've recognized how unacceptable your behavior has been in the past and that if you love the game as we do, the way you say you do, then start respecting it as such!

Tony, your quote:
But let's not lose sight of the fact that it wasn't always this way, do you agree? ABSOLUTLY 99% - never in my history in this arena have I used vulgar language in the crowd.
The difference is I havent been like that in 3 years!!! 1 ½ of those years I have been in the stands at most a dozen times. This year Ive been in the stands TWICE . Last year, lucky if it was 10 times ALL YEAR.
And you chastise me like it was yesterday. Would you like it if after years of sobriety people still brought up your ugliness of the past as if you still were like that? Im quite sure youd challenge it vigorously.
And granted, I do, still to this day, voice my disapproval towards unjust calls made on our players. For example, Gervasi was getting thrown out of the game against Buffalo for taking a sucker punch My voiced disapproval of the issue was Why are you throwing him out of the game. He didnt do anything I ask you, is this unacceptable, I dont know anymore. This was just before the altercation between Mr. Jean Jacket and the Vaughan Captain as I had stated this before the Vaughan Captain was in front of the penalty box to get the assessed penalties and could not be misconstrued as my alleged involvement with the Vaughan Captain.

Your quotes:
if you don't mind me asking was it that you and your chirpy little puppet friend were doing gesturing in the direction of the Vaughans Captain last Saturday night? Was that showcase a display of ...... "respect of human dignity"? (lmfao)

By the time we had dinner and made it back into town, we arrived just in time to see the two puppets bouncing around in the stands! It was then that you made eye contact with me and summoned "your little buddy" to stop it! (lol)

You made a direct reference me being involved in that situation. You can understand where I might be the littlest bit upset for being accused of something I had NO involvement in. You have also made false statements about me in past posts as well. And that truthfully is really starting to tick me off. I really dont care Tony, if you think Im the scum of the world. And I dont care if you chastise me and its the truth. But DONT TELL LIES and chastise my for who I am now not who I was 3 years ago!!!!

Your proof not mine!!!

Quote" But let's not lose sight of the fact that it wasn't always this way, do you agree?"

I do agree, But stop chastising me like it was yesterday!!!

I have re-read this entire thread from top to bottom, and what I have concluded from the consistent viewpoints about you is thit is YOU who is a compulsive liar, or quite possibly that your perception has been to distorted over the past few years by the company that you keep that you have NO crediblility whatsoever.
Do you even know what the truth is Chris? You are so easily swayed by others that I do not believe that even you know what to believe any more. I have seen you in action Chris and you HAVE sworn at players and referees, so do not give us that I am innocent crap any more okay? What kinds of fools do you think that we are?
As they say it is better to keep your mouth shut and just let people think that you are ignorant, rather than open your mouth and prove them right. SO JUST SHUT UP ALREADY would you please?

Chris;
"And Tony, I haven't worn that JACKET/VEST in 2 1/2 years to a hockey game"

Chris, you admit to wearing a safety vest at a hockey game, but you were not trying to be the centre of attention ?

"Man, I just reread form the top of the posts down. took me 20 min(lol) , and did it make me laugh , sorry guys"

You made yourself out to be a bonehead, so believe me we all had a good laugh.

I think I will try to get out to a Georgetown home game over the next few weeks so I can get a look at this Chris charactar myself. Maybe he will be wearing The Vest.

I will also get to catch up with Tony and Co., I will have to pick a weekend when the Bills are on the road.
