Word out last evening that the players who were to join the Mississauga Chargers as compensation from the Hamilton Red Wings for disgruntled holdout Bruce Crawford have apparently "refused to report", thus all but squashing a trade that would finally see Crawford back on the ice in a game situation!

Rumored to be interested in acquiring Crawford are the Oakville Blades, as well as the Junior Canadiens of the Central Division! Stay tuned for the latest news out of Mississauga!

Sorry for any confusion fellas, but the word that I received just prior going to bed last night on my laptop in my hotel room was that the whole deal had been sh%t canned because the players involved coming FROM the Red Wings and TO the Chargers had refused to report!

Something must have obviously transpired overnight as my source is VERY reliable and there's NO way in hell that they would have provided any misleading information! Did the players have a change of heart or did they just need a little time to transition to their new team?

I'm not trying to unearth any dirt here, just trying to determine what MUST have transpired overnight as WE have SEVERAL reliable informants whose sources must have obviously forwarded some out of date information, as everything seemed to be happening rather quickly!

Again I'm sorry if I caused any confusion and ANY clarification on what may/must have happened overnight would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, and the very best of success to all of the players involved!

I believe your sources were probably correct late last night. I will speak to my source and let you know for sure. I do remember me saying that the players who were going to be traded to Mississauga would NOT REPORT!!!! That part of this situation I believe is TRUE. Would you? From a contender to a bottom feeder team, with many other *&%$@#* that go with it.

Bruce Crawford is a Red Wing period! Prolinesucks if you really knew Bruce you would know this by now. My sources have confirmed this fact.
