I would like to take this time to say thankyou for allowing myself to put input to your growing forum,your posters and readers comments are very at times negitive, but then are times very good to improve situations in your OHA leaque,i have posted some things on your forum, and also give my advice to other posts,i hope i do not go over my bounds in my reactions to some posters or responders to your very informative members,my cousin is returning from Iraq on thursday he has been serving their for some time now and i would like too plan a trip to Ontario to see a game or two with him in a hotel near a team where is close for us to travel too, i think the closet is Kingston is their a hotel to recomend to stay not far from the home arena,and is there things to do their um...like a good night life their.


Would like to attend 2 games if possible with him in Kingston or if there is a other team close to there to see a other game as well what has good accomadation.


Sorry for my written in english did not no how to speak or write in english 2 years ago, take night classes to learn.

First step to receiving help is helping yourself.

A great place to stay is at the Ambassador Inn not far from the Invista Centre. It has a wide array of good rooms at competitive rates and an indoor waterslide so you can have fun with the kids or friends.

You can find it on Princess at John Counter. It is best to locate it by using your GPS or mapquest. You will like the place.

As for night life, the hordes tell me the hub is the place to be. It is on down Princess in the entertainment district. It has night clubs like the Alehouse, Fanatics and Stages and great restaurants in the area.

The Queen's university students love it too. The hub is about a 10 minute drive from the Ambassador and the hotel a 7 or 8 minute drive from the Invista Centre.

I thankyou for your information in Kingston, it will take us 11 hours i think to get there for a 4 days,but it would be fun for him and me,anything would be nice for him leaving Iraq as for anyone.

The Ambassador is perfect for your cousin- ask for a room with the "large tub". Because he is in active military service he also gets a special rate there - he just has to let them know who he is with.
Also "RMC" - The ROYAL MILITARY COLLEGE is located in Kingston. This is the Officer Training Program.He mght lile to visit just to see some of its history or he may have enough of that stuff already. In any event I have a contact there who will ensure your cousin is looked after while on Leave in Kingston. Let us know when your plans are firmed up & we'll put them in touch with each other.
