A win by the visiting Voyageurs will put them in a first place tie with the Muskies in the game of the day. Kingston 4-2.

The Terriers look for a win in Villanova to move back into first place. Couchiching 8-3.

With only one road win so far Upper Canada travels to play the Rangers. North York 5-1.

In a crossover game the Junior Sabres are in Bowmanville. Buffalo 5-2.

The Fury hold high hopes of a win against the Chargers. Whitby 6-5 in overtime.

The Derbys play a crossover contest with the Bears coming hunting for two points. Streetsville 4-1.

Burlington can be all alone in first with a win over the Capitals. Cougars 4-0.

The Dukes look to win another 'in hand' game against the Buzzers. Wellington 4-3.

It was a big game for Henderson Robinson in Trenton this afternoon as the Hercs forward had the hat-trick and his team beat the Panthers 4-3.

The Tigers got back to their winning ways with victory over the Icehawks in Aurora by an 8-3 score. Michael Sardella went on a rampage scoring three times while Nick Vangog and Domenic Monardo, who had a four point game, each had a pair.

Six goals in the first ten minutes in Lindsay shared equally between the Muskies and the Voyageurs and then only three more the rest of the way as the visitors hung on to win 5-4. Adam McAllister got two for Kingston. Murray Free did the same for Lindsay. The two teams are tied for number one spot with three dozen points apiece.

No walk in the park for the Terriers against Villanova as they edged the Knights 3-2. Josh Cousineau continued his hot scoring touch netting the game winner.

The Rangers did not have things all their own way against Upper Canada winning by a goal 5-4. Connor Tresham led North York with two goals giving him a total of eighteen. Giordano Tarantino had two for the College. An oddity in this one as only one of the nine goals had two assists attached.

Behn Robertson is proving to be a good addition to the Fury lineup and he scored the first two goals tonight against the Chargers who seem to be at a really low point. He added another in the second period as Whitby continued to dominate the contest. Kristofer Faric chipped in with a pair. Kelly Barchan scored his first in his fourth game for the Chargers and also added an assist.

In Wellington the Dukes beat the Buzzers 5-4 to get to just a single point behind co-leaders Hamilton and Markham. Jeremy Franklin had the game tying and winning goals in the third period. After being down 2-0 early Eddy Davey was put in the Dukes net to replace John Nauta and he stopped 29 of 31 St. Michael's shots for the win.The two Chris's- Ayotte and Brown each had a goal and three points. Ayotte leads the club with 16.

Port Hope found the Attack too much to handle and went down to an 8-5 home loss. Ajax broke a 4-4 tie after two with four straight goals in the third. Blake Boddy had the hat-trick for the winners and Luke Hannon was their big setup man assisting on four goals. Danny Greiner scored twice for the Predators.

Buffalo won a shootout with the Bowmanville Eagles 3-2. Andrew Moyer who had a goal in regulation also scored the only one in the shootout. He also assisted on the game-tying goal in the third by Ryan Stouffer. Tommy Sumi and Matt Davis tallied for the Eagles.

The problems continue for the Spirit as the Junior Canadiens who moved into fourth place in the Central, but only two points adrift from the co-leaders, bombarded them 7-2. Alex Paiement and Paul Chaisson scored two each for Toronto with Philip Grainger helping on four goals. Matt McCann, one of the few bright lights, had his team-leading 18th. for Stouffville and added an assist.

The Bruins' Ian DeLong set up their first goal and then scored the natural hat-trick, the last goal coming while his team were shorthanded, as Seguin built up a 4-1 first period lead at the Westwood Arena. DeLong now has 22 goals and had a five point night. Despite a strong Streetsville comeback they hung on and in the middle of the third Josh Moles picked a good time to double his season's goal output as he got the game winner- 7-6 Bruins. Brent Mueller had three assists to bring his point total total to 40, DeLong leads the club with 44. Steve Quinton had a goal and three points. It was only the 'Bears' second road win this season. The Derbys' Brandon Pirri was held to one goal and one assist at press time.

Nothing from Brampton v. Burlington at this time.

Interesting note on the Streetsville game..Jonathan Loparca's appearance in goal marked the sixth goalie appearing for the team this season..Kevin Kapalka, Leo Podolsky, Ryan Carlisle, Brad Parzych and Derek Brennan being the others. The Chargers are in the same boat with Brennan, Adam Wingate, Vince Cusick, Marco Tomei, Paul Claxton and Alex Scola have appeared between the pipes.

Those teams remind me of last year's Hamilton team. LOL

I counted 7 there on the 2007-2008 roster on Pointstreak

The Cougars march on with a 7-2 win over the Capitals. Three goals for Phil Brewer on this very balanced team. Josh Jooris, Greg Carey and Colin Wright each scored once and had a three point game.
