It's the annual family night game tonight at the Yardmen arena in Belleville as the Wellington Dukes play the Cobourg Cougars in a Central game. The Cougars have lost their last three while the Dukes will be anxious to get back into the win column after losing Monday in Hamilton. Dukes 6-2.

Two goals by Patrick Jobb gave the Cougars a 2-0 lead after one period. The second period belonged to the Dukes as they scored all three goals- captain Chris Brown, Marc Senecal and Justin Johnson counting one each. Marty O'Grady put Wellington up by two in the third, the eventual winner, but Cobourg pulled one back through Jake Doseger. Final 4-3 Dukes. A very unusual stat in this game, there was only one minor penalty called and that was against Branden Morris of the Cougars early in the third period. I'm not sure if there has been a game that was penalty free in this League. The win puts the Dukes one point behind the first place Red Wings with five games in hand. Those two teams meet Friday night in Wellington.
