Here is a list of teams and their change in points (plus or minus) over last season.

Some points to consider.

1) Many teams are in different divisions due to the re-alignment.
2) Central teams ended up playig more games this season (53 vs. 49).
3) UCC and Bramalea were not in the league last season so they were not included.
4) Trenton folded and did not complete the season so they were not included.
5) It is tougher for the teams that were at the top of the standings to show improvement
over a season as they have nowhere to go but possibly down or stay the same at best.

I had trouble getting this to format properly so here is what the numbers represent.

1st number is the Ranking baseed on the % improvement over the previous season
Next is the team name.
Next is the 2007/2008 Points at the end of the season.
The next mumber is the 2008/2009 Points at the end of the season.
The next number is the difference (plus or minus ) from the previous season.
The percentage of improvement over the previous season.
