..but it has been all home wins in the five games played between Peterborough and Lindsay so you might expect the Muskies to keep the trend going and force a seventh game.

..and what about those Crushers?..in a position to take the series..and that position not forecast by many. There should be a goodly gathering in Orangeville and the team must now have lots of confidence that they can take it.

The first goal at home is so important in this series. Lindsay's PP has to make it count against a stingy Stars killing unit. A few guys gone silent in this series must contribute to force a game 7 for the muskies.

How about the Crush...its great to see them doing so well, I see them winning this one in front of a large hometown crowd and carry momentum to the next series.

Did anyone see this coming?..a 3-2 lead in games for the Crush and a home ice advantage for game six tonight! However, let's not call the Terriers dead yet, they have a ton of experience, they are an explosive scoring machine and they have two goalies who are up there with the best in the League. If Orangeville wins tonight then full marks to that club who don't forget finished eighteen points behind Couchiching in the regular season. Interesting to note though if it comes down to extra time, in the regular season again, the Crushers had three overtime wins, four shootout wins and only one shootout loss while the Terriers had one shootout win, two overtime losses and five shootout losses.

Anyone know the capacity of the Alder Street arena?

The pattern continues in the Lindsay/Peterborough series as game six ended with the home team winning again this time the Muskies winning 4-0. Andrew Love, held scoreless in the playoffs up til tonight, led Lindsay with a pair of goals. Matt Ginn got the shutout, he saved 19 over the first two periods, no shots were recorded in the third. Game seven next in Peterborough.

In three games in Lindsay, the Stars managed a total of ONE goal. If they win game 7, they'll have to win at least one in Kingston if they are to take the Ruddock.

In a seesaw battle the Terriers outlasted the Crushers to set up a game seven. Kurt Zdrilich's goal in the last two minutes of the game turned out to be the clincher for Couchiching. Bryan Black got the first and second Terrier goals, Mackenzie Micks their third, shorthanded and fourth on the powerplay. Steven Beyers first two goals of the playoffs raised the Orangeville fans hopes in the third but they came up just short against a very talented team who now have the benefit of home ice tonight for the final game of the series. Final Monday night 5-4 Terriers.
