Either Oakville is doing a good job of shutting him down or he might be hurt.

I can tell you one thing. This guy, when he's right, is an awfully tough guy to shut down when he's got a good cast of characters around him like he does in Georgetown.

It looks like he got re-acquainted with Hache last night and took a goaltender interference penalty late in the first. Midway through the second, Hache left the game after taking another hit (by another player). I wonder if he was targeted?

You are right Wayne, Andrew Marcoux is one tough customer.

Andrew has played in every playoff game this season.

He scored 3 goals and 1 assist against Vaughan. That's 4 points in 4 games. Against Streetsville he had a goal and 3 assists. That's 4 points in 3 games.

You're right, he has only had 1 PP assist against Oakville and last Saturday they had a blanket on him.

Fortunately as I've said before, Georgetown is DEEEEP and others are capable of scoring too.

Just not last night. LOL

Last year he had 7 points in his playoff round against Port Hope but only 2 points against the Dukes in the East Division Finals.

This year, 5 points against Streetsville, followed by 4 points against Vaughan and so far 1 point against Oakville.

The 21 year old has to step up as the competition gets harder.

G-town needs to use his players properly, running 2 lines will end in a loss in the series, Marcoux was obviously
tired out , It will be interesting if he changes his bench management.Couch tried to run 2 lines , look where it took them.
