..that in a semi final series, or any seven game series for that matter, has gone the full seven games with the home team losing every one..I am wondering this because the Blades and Wellington are about sixty per cent there!

I think the Blades will have their second game with their games against the wall tonight. Last night they had to go win a game in the Duke Dome...again in order to tie the series. Tonight is a must win at home for the Blades which as you all know is something neither team has done yet this series. Another loss at home for the Blades and they go back to Wellington facing Elimination. Not a easy task to win there let alone when your on the cusp of the season ending. Tonight is shaping up to be a good. ITs going to come down to who has more juice left in the tank at this point.

I don't recall any series that I have watched but I believe the year Wellington went to the RBC, they went 7 games with Trenton with each team losing on the road until the final game where Wellington won at home. 6 games won by the road team

In 2000, the Lindsay Muskies and the Brampton Capitals played for all the marbles. The first five games were all won by the road team. Brampton took the title as they squeeked out a home win in game 6.

Muskievite;

I believe Pepsi and I were at that game six. The final 30 seconds or so of the game was a Brampton defenceman stood behind the net with the puck with a Lindsay player about halfway in from the blueline. The other players were in the neutral zone. They all just let the clock run out because the result was not in doubt.
There was a fan made sign which read "Give Blood, Fight (insert the name of Brampton's tough guy)".

Result was not in doubt? I don't remember it that way. I seem to remember it was a one goal game, with the Muskies hitting the post twice in about twenty seconds as they desperately went in search of the tying goal. Maybe the last 4 or 5 seconds happened that way but I don't recall.

It could have been a different year, but I remember for sure that is was in Brampton and it was the clinching game and the sign I mentioned was there. The opponent and year is where I may be forgetting.
