Mark Newman's article in today's Hamilton Mountain News tells us that Nathan Pageau, the Red Wings leading pointscorer this season past, has a four-year fully paid scholarship to Bowling Green University. He had offers from eight schools. The Falcons play in the CCHA and were recently eliminated in the playoffs by Ohio State. Pageau will report mid-August. Congratulations Nathan.

Wow, pretty ominous article. I would definitely think twice about accepting a hockey scholarship to Bowling Green after reading the article, financially sound or not. The offer may be great financially, but if the program is cancelled so will the scholarship and aid.
At this point Bowling Green looks a little "dicy".

The deal is he had a ton of offers but none of them were for next year, they were all for the following year, Bowling Green was for next season as him Ruberto and a few others stated there was no way in hell they were going back to Hamilton next year. Turnbull back, Hyman with 2 kids on Team, and who knows who's coaching???????????
