...... For tonights crucial game seven, then there's "NO" excuses why all of the other Western Division/Oakville Blades fans can't FILL the Joshua Creek Arena for tonights series finale!

Can someone please CONFIRM the OFFICIAL gametime for tonight please? I've heard 7:30 pm and 8:00 pm but NOTHING absolute as of yet! I can't believe that I'm doing this but have been assured by the always reliable Oakville ownership/management that there WILL be two reserved seats for my wifes and my date night (lol) back in Oakville!

So get out and support the Blades tonight, and remember; "BE LOUD, BE PROUD .... BUT BE CONSIDERATE"

See you tonight CC Blake, Mark Encarta and Ron!

WooooooooooooHooooooooo!

I guess Tony should have mapped out his entire plan around staying in Georgetown.

Get a better paying job, but have to move away from Georgetown? No chance.

Get a deal on a house, but need to move away from Georgetown? No way.

Need to get educated so you can better your life, but need to move away from Georgetown? Not a chance.

There are some things we can control in life and there are other things we have no control over. The key is to take control of what you can, which it seems Tony is doing. Apparently, Tony needs to organize his life to revolve around the Georgetown Raiders. Shame on you Tony for having to be told to do this.

... You could do is get my freaking name (Hyward, too funny) right "Gtowmam"! You don't happen to be a female (mam) driver for Fred's Towing (tow) in town are you? (teehee).

First of all what the hell do you care that I'm driving back to watch a game, what difference does it make to you?

Secondly, this is the seventh game of the semi-finals, somewhat more intense than a Divisional Final "Gtowmam"!

Finally, a few years back I also attended the OPJAHL championship series between Brampton and Wellington, even had an invite to travel on the fan bus by then Head Coach Mario Cicchillo and General Manager Dave Brown! Did I betray my hometown Raiders then too "Gtowmam"?

Get your head out of your arse would you! If the Raiders were still in and I could make the game, then you're damn right that I'd be there! I apologize to you "Gtowmam" and all of the other Georgetown fans who I've apparently betrayed for not putting our team as my first priority in life, stone me, shoot me, hang me "Gtowmam"!

Have you ever thought for a single moment that when I do arrive home for the weekend that there just may be other plans in place? I suppose that it's my fault that Georgetowns home games are on a Saturday night too right?

Another consideration that I had to ponder was the fact that a few fans as well as Blades ownership had enquired as to whether I'd be making it back to catch tonights game. The same ownership who presented our annual "Skate In The Park At Dark" a $1,000 cheque, as a very gracious donation to a worthwhile cause!

So yes, "Gtowmam" I will be attending tonights Blades/Dukes game in Oakville and it will be void of ANY guilt whatsoever for not first consulting with you and considering yours or any other Raider fans feelings for betraying you!

Oh and one other question for you "Gtowmam", during the regular season, when there were as few as 150 fans at a Saturday night home games were you in attendance then? Some of us have been Raider fans longer than the past three ownership groups, 5 or 6 coaches and a couple of hundred players!

As another forum participant had already communicated, don't rag my ass because of working conditions that are beyond my control! Go grab a bag of cheesies' hop on your couch and get ready for this afternoons' soaps .... because that's exactly how you live your life! (lol)

There's a very good chance that my contributions to Revenue Canada is subsidizing your Welfare cheque! (teehee)

NO apologies! NO regrets! ..... Get LOST!
