it looks like OHA has created 2 leagues, one the Central Triple AAA Developmental,
A league to help feed what looks to be a Premiere Jr A League that will compete for the Royal Bank Cup.
Central is just a glorified AAA junior league that will Develop players for the big league.

Come on people. It's got nothing to do with Junior A being better than Junior B or C or whatever. All levels have clubs that historically can play up or down from their level. There is a fee paid by all junior clubs each year to the CHA for your level of competition. Historically there is a higher fee paid to compete for a national championship versus a regional or provincial title. Simply put, it costs more to compete for a national title than a provincial title. In the past many succesful Junior B oganizations have chosen to compete for the Sutherland Cup rather than the Buckland simply because the cost to compete nationally is so much higher if you are successful. The root of the old Metro Junior A league was based on a cheaper local competition with no national aspirations. That ultimately changed when 4 teams left to re-join the OHA. The rest is history and thus todays situation.

stouffville cobourg ajax dixie upper canada seguin whitby pickering north york .wow thats impressive however they will be more competitive at the lower level.
with the excess 19 and 20 year olds available from the central and the fact that it is junior A hockey i think that the teams you mentioned will be able to recriut some better players to improve.
