To all those who celebrate it..Happy Easter.

Prediction..starting with tonight's game, an Oakville win..then the remaining three will be won by the home team with game six being the most lopsided a 4-1 Vees victory.

Some observations and questions..

Steve Evans was a point a game man for the Vees in the regular season, then, I believe he was injured and has only played nine games in the playoffs getting seven points..he suited up Wednesday but saw little or no action..is he still hurting? Chris Fraser replaced Craig LaLiberte in that game, are injuries becoming a concern again for Kingston?

Blueliner Braden Birch did not play for the Blades in the last game..is he hurt?

Is the trip to Kingston on the bus today not a bargain and a half and also it's a holiday so the traffic should be no problem for those taking other forms of transport.

Whoever wins this series will be a deserving OJHL rep Apr 21-25 for the Dudley Hewitt Cup..check out Schreiber Diesels website.

Nice try Ron, but with last nights Kingston win at home, the Oakville Blades have been pushed to the brink by losing that very crucial game four! Oakville now has to take three in a row to win this series (a very achievable task for the Blades) by playing one game, one period, hell one shift at a time!

It won't be easy however, as previously stated when a team is on the brink, down three games to one, they typically only ever rebound from such a deficit to capture the series a mere 11% of the time! But then we've seen the Oakville Blades overcome such stacked odds and rise to such a challenge before, haven't we?

There's growth in adversity, and that's what the Oakville lades are faced with NOW!

GO BLADES GO!
